Working with Mike at Priority Plumbing was one of the best experiences we have had with home improvement. I called Mike on a Thursday and he came to our home that very afternoon and accessed what we needed. The next day early in the morning , Mike arrived right on time. Mike and his partner skillfully eliminated the old water heater and installed the new one in a short period of time. We strongly recommend that Mike at Priority Plumbing is the person and company to call for your new water heater.

Mike was just great. he came when he said he would, explained everything in detail, provided us with options for going forward and completed the job on time. Very professional and I recommend him highly.

An area of the sewer pipe system had deteriorated and it was obvious that this was a disaster waiting to happen. I called Mike Cambio on the recommendation of a friend and he responded immediately and set up an appointmet. He was able to remove and install the new system before any further damage was done. He showed up early and was able to complete the job within the day and evening. the pipes were in full view which probably contributed to his ability to complete the job in one day. Do not think it would be that easy in a finished basement. He told me that if he was not able to finish in one day, he would make sure that we had water and sewer facilities overnight. Because he was willing to work it through to the end in a day, no one was inconvenienced. I have recommended him to other friends and they are completely happy and grateful that I referred him. He and his assistant are the ultimate professionals.

Mike was excellent to deal with. From the beginning he showed up on time and was very informative and knowledgeable. He explained in detail our options and quoted us on 2 different units. We chose the Rinnai and could not be happier with the unit. Mike and his workers showed up on time the day they said they would and got right to work. Mike was very courteous as our elderly mother lives with us and returned hot water to us as soon as possible. They were very neat and cleaned up everything perfectly. Before he left he also fixed a leak under our kitchen sink. We could not be more pleased with the quality of work and mikes professionalism we will definitely be using Priority Plumbing and Heating for all our plumbing and heating needs in the future.

I chose this provider because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I left an initial message and received a prompt response about scheduling a time for an in-home estimate for the series of small plumbing issues I needed resolved. I was told I would be phoned at a certain time and was not. I followed up and was told that an in-home estimate could be performed on Friday, July 31, and that I would receive a call on Friday with the specific time that worked for the plumber. That was fine, as I was planning on being home all day. No phone call, no follow up, no business from me.

Mike was very accommodating and responded to our phone call quickly and then worked around our schedule to come to the home and look at the job. The next day after he priced various parts necessary to do the job called to give us a cost estimate. He did give us various options as to how the repair could be made, he explained in detail what each option would entail. More importantly Mike's genuine friendly demeanor and honesty makes you want to do business with him. We will be doing business with him again in the near future.

We wanted another toilet in our very small house. There was no room on the main floor and too expensive to put it in the attic/room. Talked to Mike from Priority Plumbing and Heating because he had done some other work that worked out well. He told us we could do it cheaper with a macerating toilet. Sounds hideous, but it works fine and not scary looking at all. Mike and his apprentice showed up exactly as they said they would. I wanted the sink to have the filter as I may use the basement to make pottery and the water needs to be cleaned before putting it down the drain. We had house guests, but Mike promised the water would be off for a short time. They did it - no one was disturbed as the time was quite short. All done by 5 and it all works. We noticed a little leak the day after the installation and Mike came by and fixed it and explained the problem.

My old tankless water heater stopped working on Friday, July 31st. I checked Angies list and found Priority Plumbing & Heating. I called them and spoke to Mike, the owner, he set a time for later that day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would and said he would get back to me with a price before the day was over. An hour later he called, we agreed on the price and he said he would call on Monday morning to let me know what time he would arrive. Monday morning he called as promised and arrived later that morning. Mike and his assistant, Clay, did an excellent job installing the hot water heater. They were fast, professional and punctual and did a good job of cleaning up. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a price from an earlier visit to fix a leak. The date was set and Mike showed up They removed the cast iron pipes and any other material and replaced with PVC. Now we have a lovely organized design of drain pipes instead of a tangled jumble of pipes going in all sorts of directions Mike took the many years of drain pipe design ,house is 100 years old, fixed the upward angled to downward and other odd configurations to sensible order. I did try the washer right away to make sure the draining water no longer sounded like it was running under the sink. I think it may have been doing just that. All good.

We emailed him. Got a call and made an appointment. Mike showed up on time and got a laugh from looking at our pipes. Always willing to entertain. He said what needed to be done and did it. Now we have one pipe and no leaks. We asked him to look around and he gave us information about the pipe configuration. The water leaves the house in a confused manner. We could hear the problems when the washer drained and we heard water running in the kitchen sink. After explaining what was going on, we decided to have the pipes reorganized. He is going to give us a price so we may have another review.

Everything went really well. He was on time and met all of my expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Mike was very responsive. He came to inspect problem and told us exactly what he had to do to find leak. He broke as little as possible of our interior wall (2 by 2 foot section) and found and repaired cracked PVC in 3-4 hours. Everything was done very neatly and we are back to normal. Price was very reasonable given the difficulty of the location of the leak. He is very professional and I would definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

The people living in our rental home had water in the cellar.

Mike came out at 7AM on Saturday to look at my furnace which was not producing any heat. I had another company come out 2 days earlier and tell me that my motherboard was broken and it would take 3 days to get the part and cost me $350. I found the part myself (MUCH cheaper) and installed it myself but it still was having the same problem. Mike came out, ran a few tests and finally discovered the exhaust was clogged (an entire pigeon was stuck in there!) and $95 it was good to go. He came out fast ans quickly found the problem. I would use him again!

Michael worked in a very tight space to get the furnace working. It wasn't an easy job due to the small area around furnace. Michael and Paul were pleasant. They worked quietly and efficiently. I am going to hire them again to do additional work in my home both on the furnace and in plumbing work I need done. They did a great job.

I called on Feb 24th with a noise coming from my gas boiler. Sounded like some motor that was about to die. Waited about an hour and half and they called back. He suggested it was the circulator and after I decided it wasnt quite the emergency we made an appointment for Thursday the 26th at 9:00 am. He showed up on time and said he needed to leave to get the pump. Of course I felt bad that he couldnt get out of the driveway! With some melting salt he finally got out. He returned and replaced it and al;so saw I needed a vent that was leaking and rusting so he completed that too. Very courteous and efficient. Would recommend. Will call to replace some sink faucets!

I contacted Priority Plumbing due to 2 leaking boilers I have in my 2 family home. I reached out to this company based on the excellent rating with Angie's List as well as the Better Business Bureau. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived exactly on time. He advised of what was wrong with the boilers, provided a cost for repair and had obtained the parts and competed the repairs within the hour. I will certainly not need to look further when I have another need for a plumber! Thank you for a job well done!

He came real quickly, he did the job really quickly and the water is hot. So I have no complaints about that. He's a nice guy and neat and quick. I want him to come back and look and something else, but I got the feeling he didn't want to do that job. It's a complicated thing. But he does good work. What he does is fine, quick and on time. He knows what he's doing.

What can I say? He was fast, really friendly, didn't overcharge me, and everything works great now. I'd hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Our tenant notified us that she had no hot water. Since I had used them before and since they did such a good job I called Priority Plumbing and told them the problem. Shortly thereafter Mike called, got the details and said he'd be able to check on it soon. On his visit (we weren't home) he quickly diagnosed that the tenant's water heater had burst. Mike had a new one installed the first thing the next morning. Very responsive and had the problem solved quickly. Will definitely use again.

Mike is very professional..he is straight to the point, but friendly at the same time. He is honest and knowledgeable, explaining why the other bells and whistles that the other company suggested were not necessary. He is patient, answering my questions, while not making me feel ridiculous for asking them. We will be using Mike for all of our heating and plumbing for our new home! Feel very blessed that we found him!

He did a very good. He was very courteous and he called and said when he would be here and he showed up promptly and did the job. He bought the parts too and he put them in and I thought that was reasonable.

I emailed Priority Plumbing on a Saturday evening, Mike was prompting at calling me back and setting up an appointment for the next week. Mike was thorough and knowledgeable, it was odd problem but he was able to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. The problem was fixed quickly. Ultimately, I am happy that my tenant is happy. Additionally, I asked Mike for a price to install a new spigot and water line (that was there) but was never connected into the main water line. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate, and that job too was accomplished. Priority Plumbing was efficient at a reasonable cost; there were no surprises. I am extremely happy that I found and called Mike at Priority Plumbing.
