Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and trust worthy. He was almost $1000 cheaper then the closest estimate that I received. My heating and hot water is up an running great. I would highly recommend Priority Pluming to anyone. Thank you Mike!!

I have many years in the HVAC industry, service industry for the summer jobs, and now as an engineer, but this was the first for me owning a steam boiler and system. I had plenty of questions on maintenance, what to look for, etc. and Mike took his time with me to bring me up to speed.

Mike was very responsive to my initial call and was able to set up a time to come for an estimate that fit into my busy schedule. He was able to schedule the work when it was convenient for me. He completed the work very quickly, efficiently and as discussed during the estimate. I would definitely hire Mike again.

the price quoted was exactly what I paid - they cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a window of time they would be there - within an hour and arrived within timeframe. This was not the first time they did work for me. They have done general service and maintenance before. I wanted to provide this feedback because they have been consistently reliable. I have referred them to others that I know.

Everything went great. Mike was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Mike installed a Rinnai combination on demand water heater and boiler and we are very pleased. Boiler looks beautiful and is piped very neat, definitely a professional job. Removal of old boiler was done and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Will definitely hire Priority Plumbing and Heating again and use them for all our plumbing and heating needs

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed all of the work that was included in the deal. From their point of view, they said we had a water problem with some leakage. They gave me a price and I agreed to have them do the replacement for a water control. There were only two people here for three quarters of an hour and they wanted to charge about $700 for the additional work. I asked for them to provide me with an itemized list of the parts and they never got back with me to provide it. I have not paid any additional costs because they never followed up with me. If they could justify the cost, I would have been willing to pay for it.

We ran our oil out a week before national grid came to put in the gas line. Mike was quick to start working on our house so we could have hot water again. The heating system is impressive--well organized. Our very old boiler blew out soot all over the basement when the boiler guys tried to remove it. Mike and Ryan put in extra time to make sure the mess was all cleaned up and that we were happy with the results. We felt comfortable having them in our home when we were not there.

Fast, clean, perfect!!!

Mike and the other guy (Shawn?) were awesome. They showed up right on time and went right to work on flushing my water heater. My drop ceiling tiles were all removed previously, and they checked out my pipes and a dual flush toilet that I had a question about. They answered all my plumbing questions (I had a few) and told me how to go about handling some of the repair jobs myself. They also inspected a water filter install I did myself previously, and confirmed that it was done properly. They went over some basic water heater maintenance with me. Great overall experience.

Arrived on time. Estimated and came back to do the work the same day. Neat, pleasant, competent so far. Next winter will tell. Attractive hardware, faucets, copper pipes.

It went very well - Mike is a very nice, professional, clean and well-groomed, knowledgeable plumber. He performed all tasks promise and explained everything, as he went along. He answered all my questions, excellently, and I will definitely call on him about any plumbing problems I may have in the future.

Excellent, on time, knowledgable, and quick.

We called Mike because we had pipes freeze in our upstairs bathroom from the extreme cold that resulted in a leak into our garage. He was very upfront about when he would be able come to our home and communicated effectively through phone calls and texts exactly when he would arrive. Once on the job he quickly deduced where the problem was and was able to fix it at a very reasonable cost. He had to crawl into a very difficult spot in our attic in order to repair the shower valve, saving us from additional costs of repairs to the walls, etc. He also looked at two other minor issues that I had with a bathroom drain and plug. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several suggestions about what we should do to avoid this situation in the future. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend him without reservation.

Provider was responsive to calls and texts, showed up on time and quoted $400 for the repair which would require disconnecting the water, gas and drains to pull the range (about 20 feet long containing 6 faucet fixtures, 1 drain, and 1 gas disconnect) to access the rear of the range for service. Ultimately decided to do it myself via a different method but will not hesitate to call them again.

Late in the evening on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, too much food was sent down the garbage disposer and the drain got clogged. We had family arriving the next day and we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner, so we had to get the clog removed immediately. I called Priority Plumbing at 7:30 AM, and received a call back by 8:15. Mike was able to get to my house by 11 that morning. He cleaned the pipe from the basement and cleaned up everything before leaving. It didn't take too long and everything was working again before family showed up. He was friendly and courteous. I would call again in the future.

We discovered a leak in one of the pipes in our basement and called Priority Plumbing the next morning. Mike was able to come to our house later that afternoon and replace the section of pipe that was leaking. We were very happy and relieved to have it fixed so quickly. Mike was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job!

I called Priority Plumbing after reading the other great reviews. We needed help the same day because the boiler was leaking water onto the basement floor. Mike returned my call within minutes and was at our house within a couple of hours. He clearly set up a reasonable appointment time and then gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, went out for the replacement part, came back and fixed the boiler within a couple of hours. The price was fair for the work. We were very happy with our first experience outside of the big oil companies. We highly recommend this company.

I called Mike Thursday morning, September 19, as my water heater did not work, and there was no hot water. He came to my home at 6:30 p.m., Thursday evening. I work in Woonsocket and do not get home until 6:15 p.m. He was right on time, and gave me an approximate price and said he would be back between 7:30 and 8 a.m., on Friday, September 20 with a new water heater, and said it would take about 2 hours to complete. He was right on time, and the work was done in 2 hours, and the price was what he quoted. I asked him to look at a problem I was having with my kitchen sink and needed to replace a shower door. He said he would contact someone on the shower door and had an idea on the kitchen sink and faucet which are both unique. I was totally pleased with his work and punctuality and professionalism and would highly recommend him.

Excellent. Very professional to deal with, explained everything upfront with the estimate, provide a timely estimate, and always showed up on agreed upon time. The kitchen is wonderful and I am confident that all was installed correctly and I am without worry.
