Kelly A Francis Paint

Kelly did a great job and completed the work sooner than expected. All the holes, cracks were repaired so that they are now invisible. She did extensive prep work. She arrived on time and on schedule and stayed with the job until finished. The work was so neat that you could not tell she had been there. This was a last minute job and it was done perfectly with no short cuts. The results of her work were specular. Her price was as quoted without any extra or unexpected charges. All in all she was the best contractor I have ever worked with. A++ for price, quality of service and professionalism.

Kelly did a great job. She was always accommodating considering I had a carpenter that was trying to stay in front of her with his work. She would always propose workarounds that would enable her to keep moving if the carpenter was delayed. She was always more than willing to do whatever extra I asked of her...as an example she repainted an entire room (at no additional charge) when my wife didn?t like the color we picked. She was always very prompt and professional. That was very much appreciated. She did all this while dealing with my dog that I am sure was a pain for her! I would definitely recommend her and I plan on using her for future work.

She is very fast and is able to paint one room, including woodwork, in about 1/2 a day.

She never completed any work. She blamed my wife saying that the colors were not picked out in time. We texted back and forth for a while and then she just disappeared.

It was an excellent experience! She is a wonderful person, and I really trust her!

Kelly was lovely to deal with, very pleasant and professional; she completed the job very quickly and smartly leaving no mess whatsoever. We did have an issue with a color-match not quite working, but after we raised the issue, Kelly responded very professionally and promptly and redid the color, and we're now delighted with the end result. We'd recommend her to anyone, and we'll definitely use her again. (I would suggest buying paint through a store such as Adler's rather than going with the color-match option; there's a minimal price difference, but the difference in results is amazing.)

Kelly was awesome. She was super helpful in assisting us in picking a color scheme and readily available to answer our many questions. She worked very efficiently and the painting was completed much quicker than we had anticipated. Once it was finished, she checked in with us a couple of times to make sure that we were happy with the job, and offered to come back to touch up any dings that occurred when we moved the furniture back into the room (wasn't necessary).

Went fantastic. Kelly is an amazing painter! The work she did was absolutely exquisite and could not have been more happy with the job. She was promt, communicative, and did a great job in a very short amount of time. 1 week to strip wood paneling of its old color and re-paint it in both the breezeway and office / study as well as painting the ceiling in the office / study. Looks so much better now. Could even say the room looks brand new as it feels brighter and more open and inviting now. She was able to match the color that was painted already in part of the breezeway to paint the rest of it the same color after stripping the wood paneling of its oil and color. She then was able to paint the remaining 3 bedrooms in two days and it came out fantastic. She texted me daily to let me know on her progress and what she would be getting done each day. Could not have asked for a better painter. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would use her again in a heartbeat if I need to. Concerning price she was also extremely reasonable and no complaints on that at all.

There really is no better choice for a painter than Kelly Francis and her team. She is hard to book, so be decisive about when you'll need the work done and get on her schedule ASAP. We used her to paint the entire interior of our home one year ago and will continue to call her for any paint jobs in the future.

Kelly did a fantastic job! In anticipating my first baby I was highly anxious and overwhelmed by the necessary preparations. Even choosing a color for the nursery left me paralyzed. Kelly made tasteful color suggestions without being pushy and I couldn't be happier with the results. She even managed to impress my husband who is usually oblivious to anything related to interior decorating. We highly recommend Kelly and we are looking forward to working with her again.

Kelly did a very good job. Unfortunately the paint that I purchased for the trim was not the best quality. Kelly had to do three coats for it to look good. I believe that if I had purchased a better quality paint, the job would have looked so much better (and would had made it so much easier for Kelly). Either way I am very pleased with her work and would definitely use her again for future jobs. Her pricing was very reasonable especially compared to other quotes we received. Kelly was very professional and communicated with me at every stage (we were still living in our apartment and have yet to move into the house). She completed the job within the time frame, if not sooner, of what she promised. Not only does she provide quality work but she also provides quality customer service. I would highly recommend her.

Kelly was very responsive and prompt. We had a deadline by which we needed the kitchen painted and she met that deadline for us. Her work was excellent - she was neat and the paint job looks wonderful. There were no spills or spots dropped. She cleaned up everything and all hardware was put back on. She had a good suggestion for placement of a contrasting color and that really made a difference. She was pleasant to have in our home and we are very pleased with the outcome of the project.

Kelly came personally and gave her estimate. She came on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. She was prepared to offer color palette ideas but we had already decided on what we were looking for as far as colors go. Kelly was very thorough in her estimate and was not in a rush to get in and out. She spent quality time with us to ensure that she could answer all of our questions. She even offered advice on matters should we not utilize her services. To say the least, I was VERY impressed with her professionalism. She had stellar reviews here on Angie's List and I can see why. Her price was OUTSTANDING compared to another estimate I had received. The job took two days for the upstairs and two days for the down stairs. Kelly was on-site the whole time and did the work herself along with another employee. Each day they cleaned-up properly which was appreciated. There were some spots in the basement that needed touching-up after the job was done, but I did those myself and I did not see the need for Kelly to come back for this as I could easily do this myself in about 20-minutes. I did know full-well that she would come back if i had asked her to or if I had any problems whatsoever. I will DEFINITELY be using Kelly's services in the near future!

Kelly is a pro in every sense of the word. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and came prepared with paint chart. It amazes me that I had three people come to our house and only Kelly came prepared with a paint chart right then and there I knew she was the type of person that would be prepared. The bathroom came out amazing and when I noticed some areas that needed a quick touch up she was back at the house the very next day without complaint and actually looked for more herself while she was there. I have had several painters work in our house over the years and while they did a good job what I noticed about Kelly is she really has a passion for the work and she wants everything to be perfect. I would not hesitate in any way to hire Kelly back for future work and in fact she is scheduled to do our deck in August.

Kelly was just wonderful. She is extremely responsive, punctual and professional. She had great suggestions along the way and was able to squeeze us in despite the other jobs she had. We couldn't have been happier with the work she did. We will definitely be utilizing her services again!

Kelly's estimate was below another bid from a reputable painter. Kelly's work ethic and professionalism were exemplary. Gathering furniture in each room's center w/ drop-cloths made the job much more manageable. She cleaned up after each day's work. The quality of her work and her attention to detail are exemplary. If Kelly saw a roll-pattern that was not up to her standards, she re-did it until she was satisfied. Having your home painted can be a messy, disruptive process, especially when doing the entire interior of the house. Kelly's upbeat and positive demeanor, as well as her skill and artistry, enabled us to stay in our home and reflect positively on this experience. She is also reliable and trustworthy. She arrived when she said she would. And, if she was going to be even slightly late, she would call us. She treated us and our furnishings with respect, kindness, and consideration.

All work was done professionally and with high quality. Kelly made good suggestions, was right on time, and is very knowledgeable. Clean-up was done before leaving. Kelly is very personable yet not intrusive while working in the home. I also found her pricing reasonable. I'll definitely call her again when I need work done.

We hired Kelly Francis to paint the interior of our beach house over the winter. She was a pleasure to work with and we recommend her without reservation. She gave a prompt, thorough estimate. She can back to double check details of the project before the work started. Kelly has an incredible work ethic, working 6 days a week. She was very thorough in her prep and very professional in her follow through. We asked her to clean hard-to-access light fixtures, which saved us a lot of effort. Kelly is very responsive and did a good job of keeping us posted about her progress. We were very pleased with Kelly's work and would definitely use her again.

Kelly was very easy to work with. She arrived on time for the intial estimate and was very accommodating in breaking down the estimate for each area of the house as we were not sure how much work we were going to do initially. Once the work started, Kelly showed up promptly and got the job done within the specified estimate despite some tough wallpaper removal in one of the rooms. I plan on contacting Kelly to continue renovations in this house. I would recommend Kelly.

Kelly was wonderful! Our house was quite the project and Kelly was the utmost professional. Let me give you the background. We hired a contractor to update our bathrooms in our new home. Of course they uncovered problems that required additional time and really slowed down our schedule. Kelly was extremely flexible and worked around them. She checked in with text messages at the right interval, and kept us apprised of her schedule. We decided to add the bathrooms to her list and she was able to fit in this extra work. Kelly helped us pick out complimentary colors. She painted walls, ceilings, trim; pretty much anything that needed paint was painted. She did some repair work. We purchased an older home and did not expect perfection in repairing the walls. She recommended flat paint to hide some of the imperfections but we chose to have eggshell - we have two dogs and I insisted that I be able to scrub the walls. Kelly cleaned up after herself when she was done and frequently went back to review her work and see if anything needed a touch up. I would absolutely provide Kelly with a reference and would use her again. We felt that Kelly was extremely committed to her work and performing a quality job/service. She has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to have in our home. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly is busy, so you may have to wait just a bit for her to get to you. Once she does she will finish the job quickly. She is neat and courteous. We love the results. AND...she came in under her quote. It could be due to how fastidious my husband and I are, as we helped with some of the prep and we had the walls painted the same color, so just one coat was needed. The results were wonderful and we are very pleased. She is coming back to paint our family room later this month. We will continue to use Kelly for other paint projects.

lI'm sure every homeowner has serious concerns before their home improvement job begins, Kelly was the consummate pro, arriving precise time or else a call came notifying me of a delay. She was a whirlwind , working alone each day not even stopping for lunch. She always sought our thoughts on the latest wall color and single handedly moved furniture in every room. Her color suggestions seemed to always come out better than imagined. She welcomed our input in every way. It was a cheerful job site, never feeling the stress that often comes with home projects. It took about 7 days to finish just about as expected, even with Kelly extending herself to repair walls with nicks, gouges and more than a few holes. Our place has been transformed, thanks to Kelly Francis. We are most grateful to her for enthusiasm, and her professionalism. Kelly knows what she is doing every step of the way.

Initially, Kelly was very nice and personable and tried to be very helpful with color suggestions, etc. She just really seemed so trustworthy. Kelly got me the estimate and I agreed to have her do the work. Well Day 1 she showed up with her sister, whom she said was helping her. (which later she stated she was actually training her!) Day 1 went fine, she removed the wallpaper. Day 2-- My husband was gone most of that day, and I couldn't stay home for the entire day to watch them work. I had come home in the early afternoon and the window frame that had been stained, looked great! I also caught a glimpse of the paint on the bathroom wall that had been finished, and at that point, it looked fine. I asked her how much longer they would be, and it was apparent they would finish up before we returned back home. So I went ahead offered to pay her since I wouldn't be home. Earlier in the day, when my husband was home, she had offered to stain the wood on the side of my stairs leading upstairs. Initially he said don't bother. Well then when I came back home in the afternoon--Kelly asked me about the wood on the landing, and I said sure go ahead and take care of it. When I returned home for the day, they were leaving, so I just assumed they got the job done. When I walked into the house, the first thing I noticed was the wood on the landing. It looked awful! It was almost like the stain had absorbed more into some areas, than others. So I called her and she came back the next day, and didn't seem very happy about it. I wasn't home when she re-did the stain, but when I came back home it looked a bit better. However a day later, in the mid day sun, I noticed she got stain on the paint around the wood. Then when I walked into the bathroom to take a good look around since I noticed the mistakes on the landing, I was horrified! The bathroom is a mess. The walls were not properly sanded; there is blue paint all along the ceiling edges, paint down one side of the closet door, paint on the shower tiles where it abuts the wall and paint on the trim on the bottom of the window. I had asked her initially if she needed the cabinet removed from an alcove in the bathroom were it was a small space. I thought she would need it moved so she could paint the wall, as there were just inches to spare. Kelly stated she didn't need it moved, that she had a small roller. Well the wall in that area is all dug into were her roller apparently ground into the wall while trying to paint. I have emailed Kelly and asked for her to return my money since I will obviously have to pay someone else to correct her mistakes. It has been about a week and I have still not heard from her. I dont understand this outcome, being that she has such high remarks on Angies List from everyone else. If I don't hear something from her, I have no choice but to take her to small claims court about this matter.
