Overall: D- Some of the folks working here are shady, unprofessional, rude, and downright deceitful. Materials are of a good quality; quality of workmanship remains to be seen. When Ross Snyder visited my house to spec the project, he stayed for several hours making measurements and inspecting the house. Even though his quote was higher than others we had gotten, we decided to go with Gutter Service of NE because he seemed to know more about the volume of water our roof would need to redirect and the sufficient number of downspouts required. We signed a contract for the project agreeing to the total amount. Unfortunately, when the workmen arrived to do the installation, the design Ross had sold us would not work with the existing structure of the fascia and roof. I received a call from Mike on the evening the install was supposed to be completed saying they would need to buy different materials and replace all the drip edge on our house. He later called me back to inform me that it would cost an additional $500. I told him that I would not agree to pay the additional amount since Ross had been to my house and had plenty of access to measure and see the roof line. We even let Ross borrow our ladder! Mike told me he would need to call Ross. I received a call several days later from Mike saying they would order the needed materials and complete the install at no additional cost to us. They would be there on Tuesday. I could tell even over the phone, this guy sounded very upset and annoyed. Tuesday comes and it's pouring rain. I hoped I would receive a call letting me know when they would reschedule the install. Meanwhile, there are several boxes of materials that have been in my backyard for over a week getting soggy (and killing the grass). At this point, I thought the gutters would be installed and I still don't know when they will be. *I* had to call to find out when the install would be rescheduled. First I tried calling Ross. No response, so I left a voicemail. After a day, I tried calling again. No response. Instead of leaving another voicemail, I decided to call Mike, as much as he probably didn't want to talk to me. He answered and said they would be at the house to install on Friday. They would still be done in one day. Friday comes and the truck and three men arrive about 8:15. They finish well after dark around 6:oo pm. This makes me believe they either mismanaged their time while working or didn't correctly spec how much time our install would take. During the day, I receive a call from Ross apologizing for not returning my call that week because he "thought [I] was a spammer." That comment was very unprofessional. Even if that is what he thought (and I left a detailed message explaining who I was), he should never have said that to a customer. Here's the real meat of it, though: When they charged our credit card for the remaining balance on the project, they charged us an additional $600 over our agreed upon contract price. That's

Had gutter guards put on, replaced straps on downspouts, checked leveling of gutters to make sure they were draining properly and had a repair done on gutters. Service was great, installers polite and there was no "heavy sales" pitches for work not necessary. Very pleased.

I am a senior and wish to remain in my home. I called Gutter Service of NE to see about my gutters which were incorrectly hung when I had painting done. They took the guitars off corrected the pitch and repainted the fascia . I also had them install Valor gutter guards so no more cleaning the second floor gutters. They arrived on time and were pleasant and informative. Absolutely would recommend Gutter Service of New England.

Not a lot of gutter footage but a lot of work as they replaced my old wooden gutters. The house was built in 1951 so there was some rot and minor structural issues. They repaired and replaced what needed it. The gutters look great. Two workers worked hard and competently. They showed up on time and pretty much worked all day.
