Each startup and shutdown is met with a problem. When they find the leaks or malfunctioning heads they say they will come back to fix it. They do, but a few weeks later after a larger than necessary water bill and additional repair fees. In order to reach customer service you have to leave a message on a machine that tends to cut you off. Calls are returned normally within 24-72 hours later. Major disappointment.
Description of Work: Company installed my sprinkler system a few years ago and contracted for yearly service.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY DIDN'T TEAR UP MY LAWN NEARLY AS BAD AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION, AND IT KEEPS OUR LAWN LOOKING EXCELLENT. THE SYSTEM IS ALSO EASY TO RUN.
