They chased me down after I had a fire and insisted my Insurance Company sent them which was a flat outline the overcharged my Insurance Company and the had issues receiving payment because my Insurance Company did not like what they charged they ended up putting Alina in my house and then once they were paid I had to bug them to take it off

Eric came out and did a detailed inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and told us that the mold we were seeing on the beams is what he referred to as "Lumber Yard" mold and had been there for a long time as a result of the lumber sitting on the ground at the lumber yard before it was used to construct our home. He was very confident that the mold was dormant for a very long time and had not spread. He advised that it was not necessary to take any remedial actions but offered that if we wanted to address this for aesthetics perspective he would be happy to do so. His honesty was extremely refreshing as he effectively talked us out of hiring him to do some work that did not need to be done. It's absolutely great to come across contractors with very high integrity as was the case here. We would highly recommend Enviro Clean.

Inspector was very professional and very thorough. Actually arrived a little earlier than the appointment (called ahead to make sure that was ok) which worked out well for me and my schedule. He went through every area of the house and did a great job explaining what he found and what would need to be done. Email came a week or so later outlining all of the recommendations and the price for work to be performed. My only regret (and this was not their issue) was that my schedule did not permit me to schedule a time for them to come back and actually perform the work recommended. Would have liked to take them up on that but I had too many things going on at once and couldn't take the time to get things done yet. I do want to use their company in the future to do the work.

My oil company had recommended Enviro-clean for this type of service. This was my first experience with a homeowner's insurance claim. I called their office and the next day received call back. Jamie Antonelli, the Project Manager, came to my house and did the initial inspection. I also had my insurance adjuster there at the same time. He and Jamie exchanged information and continued contact. Jamie was very professional and courteous. I had many questions and he took the time to explain in detail the process about to enfold. His crew from Water-Out was excellent. They were very meticulous, polite and professional during the whole process. They worked around the scheduling of removing and replacing the hot water tank. Couldn't ask for better workers for this first-time experience. Jamie kept me informed every step of the way and that was very much appreciated. I was impressed by his calls to make sure everything in the house was ok. He is a testament of what a Project Manager should be. I would highly recommend Enviro-clean for anyone needing this type of service.

We had a bad plumbing leak in a 1st floor bath that caused mold to grow in the walls, floor and crawl space insulation in a coastal home. Enviroclean dried out the room, repaired the walls, removed all the insulation, and had the plumbing repaired. The were on time, efficient, and worked well co-ordinating with our tenant and insurance company. They did a great job.

This company was simply excellent from the start to finish. The supervisor for the project was very prompt in his communication with me and easy to work with. The work started exactly when I needed it to and went faster than anticipated. There were issues discovered beyond the original expected scope of the project and Enviro-Clean tackled them without a change in price or completion date. The cleaning was superb and they even cleaned a vaulted ceiling to the point where I did not have to do any work to it after. The payment plan needed to be adjusted based on some issues, and they were extremely flexible and able to accomodate my needs. This is a company that comes highly recommended!

After discovering a gap with mold in our shower I called Enviro-Clean to come and do a mold inspection, they immediately jumped on getting out here especially after I told them I have an infant in the house, all of the parties I spoke with on the phone were very polite and understoond my urgency. The gentleman who came (Steve) was wonderful, he did a thorough inspection, found the area I was concerned with and laid everything out in a very clear and easy to understand manner. No intervention was required on their part, however he did give us some remedies to keep the issue from coming back and educated us very well on areas that could be a problem and how to fix them. He fully understood why I was so worried for my daughter's safety and did an above and beyond job in his inspection to make sure that there was nothing here that could harm her. While I hope that there is not a need for us to have to call a mold inspector again I would not hesitate to call this company again, the price was very reasonable and they were in no way dishonest or trying to get money out of us for services that weren't needed, not something I can say about every company. All in all a fully satisfying experience :)

He was very helpful. We ended up not doing anything, but that was because he was so honest. He told us that we could do it ourselves. He was helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I noticed that their professionalism was excellent even when talking on the phone with his secretary. I was just impressed all around with these people. He came out. He came when he said he would. He told us that we didn't need him and we could do it ourselves. He told us what to do. The man's name was Eric Anderson. We would use him in the future if we had to.

I had a mold problem in my crawl space attic. It was not a huge problem, but more than minor. I had called several companies before calling Enviro-clean. The other companies either did not instill confidence, had a price that seemed outrageous, or just did not seem interested in helping me. Scott Heffner responded within one day to conduct an inspection and estimate and was able to adapt his work schedule to mine. The work did have to be rescheduled by one day (thus the grade of B for punctuality) but once on site the Enviro-clean guys did a great job of completing the work while keeping my house clean. Scott was very communicative and held to his schedule. Work performed: - Containment of the attic space (to prevent spread of mold spores) - Vacuum the mold - Reduce the amount of staining (almost completely eliminated) - Wipe down and disinfect all exposed framing and sheathing - Vacuum a second time - Disinfect a final time All done in accordance with EPA, OSHA standards.
