They're great at taking time with you to help you know all the facts about their product so you make an informed decision before purchasing equipment. Apple products are the best and they're not ashamed of that fact. Since they are up front about that they are not pushy trying to make a sale. They know they have the best and it's simply your choice if you want some. The tech staff is very knowledgeable and do not speak down to you if you have questions. About the only thing I hate is that dratted mall. I always feel like I'm about to be mugged when I exit into the parking lot. I said that once and one of the sales staff walked with me out to the car to help protect my purchase.
Description of Work: Sold me apple products.

I have had several trips to the store for warranty work. Each time they have replaced the defective product with no issues.
Description of Work: I have purchased two laptop computers, four phones, and one tablet computer from this store.

Description of Work: I have been saving for an Ipad2 for the past several months. I have saved up the cash needed to buy an Ipad, but they are not available! It has been several weeks since the release of the new Ipad, but the local Apple Store continues to not have any in stock. I have phoned the store DAILY since the release of the new Ipad, and each day they say sorry but we are sold out. They are never able to tell me when they will be receiving a shipment, and they will not tell me what models they can expect. They suggest that I come and stand in line daily until I get lucky enough to get the model I want. No Thanks.

This store is extremely busy. They don't take walk-ins, you have to have an appointment. Call or go online in advance to get an appointment. We did not and had to make an appointment for 3 hours later. This is in a beautiful mall, so killing 3 hours wasn't terrible, but if you don't have that kind of time, make an appointment. Once we got in, the technician took our iphone in the back, came back in 10 minutes and said it was definatley defective and gave us another one. Brand new and no charge since we were under the one-year warranty.
Description of Work: Iphone under warranty was not working. They checked it out and gave us a brand new replacement.

He has been more than wonderful. He has followed up to see if I've had any problems or needed any help. He knows I have been a Mac user for many years and know everything about them. He is very responsive and helpful. I wanted them to take back my monitor and give me a credit for it. They didn't think they could but I got a number to call and they eventually did. I got exactly what I wanted and I was extremely happy. Their service could not be better, and Josh is still calling to see how my computers are going. I thought it was impressive that they listened to me and made an exception to their own policy. Macs are expensive but I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I bought two computers recently from the Apple Store. I worked with Josh each time.

Whether one makes an appointment for their "genius bar", repair services or the individual (one on one) training, this facility has always come through with considerate, wise and helpful staff members whose knowledge and resourcefulness never cease to leave me awestruck. The individual training package ("One to One") is an especially good bargain and the quality of their training is excellent

The tech support staff in the store checked out my old computer and told me I had a hardware problem that would be expensive to fix, given the age of the computer. As it turns out, they were incorrect and it turned out to be a software problem. When I later explained this to a manager, he was courteous and agreed to refund the money spent on the new computer even though it was past the normal 14-day return period. I found most of the staff there very knowledgeable and quite willing to treat a customer well.
Description of Work: Sold me a computer.

The trainers so far have been excellent. They are patient, they listen to you and try to answer the questions you pose and they make an attempt to design each lesson around your needs and your level of comprehension.
Description of Work: The store provides one on one training in a variety of computer issues, both preset and personalized.
