Description of Work: My cement steps were crumbling. Kevin suggested pre-made steps as a replacement. He could have tried to convince me to order something more expensive since I had never heard of pre-made steps, but he suggested what was most affordable while still being excellent quality. A subcontractor removed the old steps under Kevin's direct supervision. Kevin prepared the area for the new steps which were delivered within a week of the consultation. Kevin was here before 8:00 AM on the day of delivery and stayed until the steps were delivered over 2 hours late. He helped with the installation, ensuring perfection, and repaired a section of the sidewalk at the bottom of the stairs. He took the time to shape the sidewalk to the width of the stairs which were wider than the old ones. The clean up was meticulous. Kevin gave me his best professional advice on the stairs and some other jobs I was considering. I was impressed that he actually advised me against something I was considering which would have been fairly lucrative for him. The subcontractor who demolished the old stairs and the company that made the new stairs were paid separately but their cost was included in the original estimate. Working with Kevin was a totally positive experience. Other professionals could learn a lot from Kevin about demanding excellence even on a rather small job. He made sure that I was 100% satisfied and told me how to care for the stairs...telling me not to use salt on them. This was not an expense I had budgeted for, and being on a fixed income, not easy to figure out the finances. But everyday, I am glad that I made the choice to have Kevin replace the steps. I'm no longer concerned about safety and they are a great addition to the house.

Description of Work: Removed old concrete stairs and replaced with New precast set of stairs. |Kept to schedule and price quoted. Kevin and Jason were both pleasant and straight forward. Kevin was great about keeping me informed and always replied promptly.the stairs look great and they left the area neat and clean.

Description of Work: He replaced the garage floor. He came right away and gave us a price the same day. He was very particular in all he did. The price included demolishing the floor, filling in to make the floor level, and cementing the whole thing. It came out wonderful. He's coming back in the spring to do my drive

Description of Work: we have a brick home some of the bricks need to be repointed. And some of them needed other types of repair. When we had our electrical up grade done. Removal of old 60 amp service left us with some areas that needed repair some repair also done. We are planing to have our home painted and our garage also done. The work we had Keven take care of was to get areas ready for what the. Painters will be doing. Thank for getting things ready so quickly. So it will be ready for the painters.
