CONANICUT CLEANING

The first time they came to do a summer clean up, they performed very well but it was very expensive for the area. The next few times which were to be bi-monthly cleanings, they were terrible. They did not clean the house very well and after speaking with the owner, she never even offered to come re-clean the house. My wife and I had to do it ourselves. out of town. The next visit, they were supposed to be at our house at 9:00 am and did not show up until 10:45 and we asked them to leave as we could not have them in the house as we had friends coming in from out of town. Again we had to clean the house ourselves. However, they had started cleaning when we dismissed them and put so much bleach in the shower that our new Restoration Hardware shower curtain was ruined. I called the owner and told her that we would no longer be using their services and why. She never called me back to apologize and even sent us a bill. When I suggested to her that I would not be paying the bill and why,she called me a bully and told me that I was rude to her people. I was not ! I would never use this cleaning service again and would not suggest that anyone use them. Now off to buy a new shower curtain!
