The crew was awesome.

The two girls that worked on cleaning my shed did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am counting on using them later at some point for my interior as well.

Linda was very nice and carpets came out excellent. It was a little more expensive than I expected but a lot cheaper than replacing the carpet. I would call again if I needed anything else cleaned.

I didn't think the carpet could come as clean as it did. Very satisfied. Gene was very conscientious and did a fabulous job. I would definitely use them again.

I hired the affiliate company to LA Cleaning, Guy Clermont Plumbing to install my .97% efficient tankless water heater. Very satisfied. He was the only person who asked why I wanted a tankless and listened. Very personable. Gave me options of 3 types of water heaters. He stayed within the estimate. Excellent work, professional and cleaned up when completed. He also worked with me to get the gas company rebate ($800.).

Very satisfied with outcome, very easy to work with, professional, aimed to please and will use again.

We hired them to clean one area carpet, but in the meantime, my daugther arrived home from college with another VERY dirty area rug, and LA Cleaning Sevice cleaned them both for the original price, which was about $30. cheaper than the other 3 companies I called. Both carpets look great!

Linda convinced me to put in an insurance claim and walked me through the whole process, supervising the cleaning crew that she sent out, and leaving me with nothing to do but feel relieved

The team cleaned a tenant apartment that I didn't supervise directly. I think they would have benefited from more info from me as they probably spent some time doing stuff they may not have had to do.l think they were definitely an outstanding team that I will call as soon as I need help again.

I had a wonderfull experience with LA cleaning and restoration. They were professional, thorough, and very advising. I will definitely use them in the future for other upcoming jobs I have in and outside the house.

I moved into a large rental property that needed walls washed and kitchen scrubbed top to bottom. They did an awesome job.

Linda was very professional and accommodating and came out to inspect to job as it was being done. She would tell them to replace some broken clapboard and repair some dents from the boys baseballs from 10 years ago. They took down all the outside lights which had paint on them from before. It was a good time to replace them . The painting crew was a great bunch of guys, very friendly and polite. They picked up everything every night and when they sanded and scraped they vacuumed up everything from the mulch and grass, the job was excellent and we where very happy. House looks GREAT .

I had an issue with the first cleaning and when I called them they came back and did a good job. Their attitude was very good. I am pleased.

3 people 9 hours @ $36/hour. Spectacular results but almost $1000. I did ask for the full package but it seems to me that it's a lot of hours for such a small house. But since the house had not been professionally cleaned in 5 years, it probably needed everything Linda and crew gave. I cannot at all complain about the results. I mark down a bit for customer service because Linda was an hour late for the cleaning evaluation, and it is hard to call spending almost $1000 for a house cleaning a "value", but we are completely thrilled with the thorough job and would happily recommend and use again.
