Excellent Car look like new

First off, when I picked up the car it looked great. After two days it seems to be in good condition. My problem is how long it took, when I first had my car towed into them I was told it would be about 4 weeks until it was done . After 4 weeks I called and they Said they were very busy and it would be 2 more weeks. Well this kept going on and it ended up closer to 9 weeks until I got my car back. If they had told me that because of how busy they were and that they only had a limited amount of people too work on my cars problem I might not have minded, instead they kept saying two more weeks. Also after the insurance ran out on my rental car they gave me one of there's as a free loaner car, unfortunately it was a terrible car that needed a new battery after the first week and I hated driving around with there logos on the Windows. The office personal were always very pleasant thought the owner seemed put out by my bi-weekly calls to see how much longer it would be to get my car. Again I want to end this review by saying the work looks and seems great. As I said to the tech when I picked up the car " they should under promise and over deliver" on the time frame for repairs

They had the car for over a month just for those repairs. I called to see why it was down there for so long, and they kept giving me excuses. When it was done it was even right anyway.

Our car was hit in a parking lot, with small dents and scratches to the left rear panel, above the tire. There was also dent damage that required removal of the bumper to fix. Cranston Collision Center was one of the options provided by our insurance. While they didn't have a review on Angie's List at the time, they were well reviewed on Yelp, and all the other options had only mediocre Yelp and Angie's List reviews, so we decided to move forward with them. We are very pleased with the result. The repair job is immaculate - the car looks like it just came off the lot. They provided a loaner free of charge, which was a very welcome service, since it took a week for the repairs. They were responsive and very organized. We will definitely come back if we need more repairs in the future. Since it was being covered by insurance, I can't comment very much on the competitiveness of the price - we didn't shop around. But I've heard of similar prices from other people with similar damage.

I have been using them for years. They are very honest and do good work. They will not have you do unnecessary work. They did some collision repair for me making the car look like new after they were finished.
