Excellent Car look like new

First off, when I picked up the car it looked great. After two days it seems to be in good condition. My problem is how long it took, when I first had my car towed into them I was told it would be about 4 weeks until it was done . After 4 weeks I called and they Said they were very busy and it would be 2 more weeks. Well this kept going on and it ended up closer to 9 weeks until I got my car back. If they had told me that because of how busy they were and that they only had a limited amount of people too work on my cars problem I might not have minded, instead they kept saying two more weeks. Also after the insurance ran out on my rental car they gave me one of there's as a free loaner car, unfortunately it was a terrible car that needed a new battery after the first week and I hated driving around with there logos on the Windows. The office personal were always very pleasant thought the owner seemed put out by my bi-weekly calls to see how much longer it would be to get my car. Again I want to end this review by saying the work looks and seems great. As I said to the tech when I picked up the car " they should under promise and over deliver" on the time frame for repairs

They had the car for over a month just for those repairs. I called to see why it was down there for so long, and they kept giving me excuses. When it was done it was even right anyway.

Our car was hit in a parking lot, with small dents and scratches to the left rear panel, above the tire. There was also dent damage that required removal of the bumper to fix. Cranston Collision Center was one of the options provided by our insurance. While they didn't have a review on Angie's List at the time, they were well reviewed on Yelp, and all the other options had only mediocre Yelp and Angie's List reviews, so we decided to move forward with them. We are very pleased with the result. The repair job is immaculate - the car looks like it just came off the lot. They provided a loaner free of charge, which was a very welcome service, since it took a week for the repairs. They were responsive and very organized. We will definitely come back if we need more repairs in the future. Since it was being covered by insurance, I can't comment very much on the competitiveness of the price - we didn't shop around. But I've heard of similar prices from other people with similar damage.

This is a letter that I had to send Dennis Gamba owner of company before I got some results .Dear Dennis, I am writing in regards to .the unsatisfactory service I have received from your company on my 2002 ford f250. As a customer of Cranston Collision for over 20 years, I felt very comfortable when choosing your business to perform over $14k worth of work to my truck. However, I need to express that this has been the most disappointing experience that I have had with Cranston Collision since becoming a customer. The way I have been treated throughout this process has made me feel like my business is not appreciated . When I first sent my truck in to have rust removed, dents fixed, truck painted...etc in June, I was told that the job would be completed in2-3 weeks. The result was that I got my truck back 3 months later with dimples on the rear quarter panels and an exhaust tip that was improperly installed and as a result fell off. For the amount of time the truck was held and the amount of hard earned money I spent I expected the truck to be flawless. When I brought the problems to your attention a few weeks ago, I was told bring it in on Monday and the work would be completed by Friday. I was told that you would personally take care of the job. When I arrived to get my truck it was again, not ready(the reason that the alarm took 3 days to install???) I would not have been so upset with if I had not been misled again and someone had the courtesy to keep me informed throughout this process. The uncertainty of the quality of work performed to my truck and time line that I would receive it has been frustrating and has shown little respect towards my time and money. To this point I have always trusted Cranston Collision to perform any necessary to all of my family vehicles and have even advocated the quality of work done to potential customers- However, I am not sure that I still trust the company to take care of family and friends vehicles. The Cranston Collision that I have been loyal to for over 20 years used to treat me with upmost respect, I hope that you can restore my confidence in your company. Haven't been back since and would not recommend this company to any one.

I have been using them for years. They are very honest and do good work. They will not have you do unnecessary work. They did some collision repair for me making the car look like new after they were finished.
