I wish I felt "money well spent" in all my life's expenses as I do with Justin's service. Upon my HA inquiry he responded within minutes, informing me upfront of his $125 flat fee. Whether a single line, or the whole house, that's what I would pay. While it wasn't a matter of the "whole house," my waste line, which extends about 60' from my house to the town line, proved pesky, as I have lots of trees and shrubs within striking distance of that waste line, and their roots were clearly on a mission. As a result, Justin spend over two hours at my house, clearing and re-clearing the lines for blockages of any sort, and not once did he utter frustration at having bitten off more than his $125 fee could chew. He remained determined and cheery throughout, and, after two hours wrote me a bill for $125, as if the job had taken half that time or less. Justin is young and motivated, and from speaking with him I learned that he is driven more by quality of work, honesty, and reputation, than by profit. If you hire Justin you will, as I was, be reminded of what a solid work ethic and true value can be.

Justin did a great job clearing the toilet blockage and did not charge me any more than his set fee although it ok him over two hours to complete the job. I would use him again and would recommendhimetoothers.

Justin was great and we can't thank him enough for his service. He took a 45 minute ride at 10pm to service our shower drain. He was extremely professional and courteous, and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do. He also went out of his way to help us out with another issue we encountered that was caused by a previous plumber, even after I told him he really did not have to do that.
