too premature to rate the quality of his type of work. the machine was quick and seemed efficient. Hoping this will improve the look of our lawn.

They burned my lawn 2 years in a row. First time I was told that the lines were not properly cleaned out from previous end of year.Had to wait for dead grass to fill in naturally. Second year I was told the"technician" who did the application did not know what he was doing and was let go. The people hired are in need of a job for the most part.

Company is very flexible with dates for service. Have used them for yearly aeration as well. Lawn looks great.

Came to the site when stated. 10/10 Slit seeded the front yard I stripped off and put down a ton of grub killer. I covered the yard with straw. After 1 week, grass is coming through. Great job. No more moles and skunks digging up the yard around the house. Oh and thanks for leaving some grass seed just in case I needed it.

It is premature to rate quality of work. Quality depends on results, which will become known in a couple of months. The machines were efficient, the operator was polite and enthusiastic. We had to reschedule twice, first because of rain, the schedule was pushed back a day - this I understand. Then the next time the man did not show, I called twice before someone got back to me to say the machine had broken down and that they would have to reschedule 2 days out. While I understand mishaps, they could have not wasted a whole day of my time.

Customer service was prompt and information provided was correct. Let's see how the lawn does.

Quick response on the proposal by email. Answered all my questions promptly. Showed up at the agreed time. So far so good. Lets see how the lawn does over the next six months.

I just hired them, so have no long time experience. But they were pleasant and helpful on the phone, and prompt in doing the first treatment.

They do a great job and are very fairly priced relative to other's that provide the same service. Everytime they treat your lawn I like the fact they let you know what the technician noticed and about how long it will take for the treatment to work.

They do what they say, on time.

I used them last season to treat my lawn, decided to go cheaper since I thought same service with a different company. I asked that for the end of the season I get a Seed and Aeration done, and if it would help give me stronger grass and take care of my bald spots they said yes. I canceled my service after I did not read the small print that my service would renew it self next season. I called to complain that the Aeration did not fill in my bald spots and was not happy with the work, I asked if they would come out to look at the yard and he immediately stated that since I canceled my service

Chris responded to my request promptly and provided a good price for requested lawn treatments. I only gave 4.5 stars at this time because no service has been done yet. I will up to 5.0 stars if the scheduled service is as prompt and complete as the customer service.

They showed up when they were scheduled. At this time I had only 1 application. Customer Service has been great! Let's hope they keep it up.

The technician that aerated and seeded my lawn (tony) was great. He had a sense of urgency and clearly wanted me to be happy with the service.

I just hired them today to complete my lawn fertilizing. My previous company went out of business. Customer service was great and the prices were terrific.
