Description of Work: Replaced the seals all around the garage door. There are still gaps on the top and bottom of door. Was told that, they did the best they could. Because of the automatic door opener they would not get a complete seal. Should probably get a new door. I think they should have said this before services were performed.

Description of Work: McBrothers is very reliable and have above average customer service. One of the springs broke so they rigged the cables until the part came in. Only a few days went by and they were here, made the repair and adjusted door till we were satisfied. The door was off center and it is now in great shape. I would definitely recommend them. Give them an "A" rating. Price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Eric from McBrothers arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. It had been making strange noises and was having trouble lifting the garage door. Eric replaced the pulleys, one had completely broken apart, and he lubricated the wheels and springs. He cleaned up everything before he left. The opener worked like it was brand new after the repair. If needed in the future, I will definitely use McBrothers.

Description of Work: They rebuilt the two existing garage doors. Reason for the call was one of the springs broke but the other three were due for replacement, as well. McBrothers suggested we also replace the other important door parts and we agreed at the favorable price of $300 for both doors. Scheduling was in 1 1/2 days and they were perfectly prompt. The service men were very capable and courteous. They replaced the parts and serviced the whole system. They didn't even demand payment on site; they "trusted" me to call the office to arrange payment (which, of course, I promptly did). I recommend McBrothers wholeheartedly to others.

Description of Work: these guys are over-the-top good. garage door spring of double door broke. ryan came at about 6. first he got the door up. then he repaired the spring, a totally unlikely thing for a service guy to do. spent an hour. didn't ask for a penny. left and ordered two new springs. when they came, his associate came and installed them and all is fine. i wish he did brain surgery also.
