Tim arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He fixed the door in approximately one hour. I was very happy with Mcbrothers and will recommend to my neighbors.

They came in at 2 pm. Told me what they were going to do and were done before 3 pm. Could not ask for a better service provider.

Great. He arrived early and after explaining in detail what he would do, he began to replace springs, wheels, cables, and hooks. He adjusted everything, so the garage door runs smoothly on the tracks and closes easily and secure. It took approximately 1 hour to complete. I would recommend McBrothers without any questions.

They did a good job. The gentleman who came out told me what the problem was and gave me the option of replacing the whole unit or replacing one part. He also allowed me to apply the amount I paid for the Big Deal toward the cost of the replacement part. The unit is now unbelievably quiet and silent.

It worked out fine. They were on time, polite and professional. It came up to be about half of what it would have been if we had to replace it.

The company offered a me a used unit and installed. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the technician and would recommend McBrothers for any garage door work. There was no effort to upsell me.

Everything went very well and service was first class. The issue happened late on a Sunday afternoon. I called McBrothers and spoke with Pat who is very polite and professional. He was able to come out that night, took a look at our situation, and explained to me what had happened. He was able to get the door closed and I locked it until the new unit came in which was a couple days later. Pat then gave me a call to schedule the install and showed up when he said he would. He then left 2 openers along with documentation of the new opener. I just gave him a call to ask an additional question, and he answered it completely and to my satisfaction.

From the list of contractors Angie's List provided, we selected one which was local with the best listings for quality and price; McBrothers. Their technician, Mike, came out the next day, on time as scheduled. He was personable and had to trouble shout our garage door system. He got to work right away. Since the garage door opener systems were old, I had no idea if they needed to be completely replaced or if they could be repaired. Mike, tested the system, rewired and lubricated it. He fastened and bolstered the track and trouble shot the sensor system , noticing that all four sensor lights were not lit. He had several individual sensors with him and replaced the defective ones. He then realized the sensors were incorrectly placed and changed out the inner and outer sensors. He then said he'd need to order two additional sensors to replaced the defective ones. Mike ordered the sensors that day for overnight delivery and said he'd return as soon as they were shipped. The next day Mike called and said the sensors were received and he'd be available to install them that afternoon if this was convenient. Mike was out that afternoon and installed the sensors. Our garage doors now work as good as when they were initially installed. Not knowing how much I could expect to pay, I was really happy when Mike charged $163 for parts and labor. He did not try to inflate the cost and his work, expertise, punctuality, fairness in pricing, and customer service were second to none. I would recommend McBrothers Garage Doors to my family, friends and neighbors.

Garage door was stuck partially open and we couldn't move it using the manual override. Called Pat at 11:00 on Sunday morning. He was here in 90 minutes and performed a temporary fix that allowed us to use the door manually. He said he could schedule us later in the week for a follow-up repair or replacement. We opted to replace the existing unit rather than repair it. His crew returned on Thursday while we were at work to replace the unit and overhaul the door. All work was performed in a professionl manner with no need for additional cleanup on our part. Would definitely recommend this company with no reservation.

I sent McBrothers Overhead Doors an email and they called me within 15 minutes. I couldn't believe it. He came out the next day and looked at our garage doors and what we needed. I got a great price I thought. He came back a few days later after he had gotten the parts and when it fit into his schedule. I thought a couple of days was novel. The price was great. He did all that he promised and he was on time. I was really happy. I thought they were really reliable, they had a great price, and he did great work. They seemed to really want to please. They had a great work ethic.

This morning I opened the garage door but it wouldn't close. When I pressed the remote, the motor was running but the door remained in the up position. I called McBrother's about 9:00 A.M requesting emergency repair service. Pat told me the tech would be at my home after he finished the job he was currently on. I explained that I had to leave my house by 1:00 P.M. for an appointment. The tech, Frank, arrived at my house by about 12:15. He was very friendly and professional. After reviewing the problem, he fixed everything in a very timely manner. I forgot to tell Pat when I made the initial call for service that I would also need a universal remote for my car to open the garage door. I mentioned this to Frank and he will come back to program the device. This company is definitely customer service oriented and very helpful. I found the price to be within reason and was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend McBrothers Overhead Doors for any garage door problems you may have. had garage door problem. couldn't fix myself, although i've done several repairs over the years. i went to angie's. found mcbrothers and that they were still open (9:40 pm). i called. the owner was very accommodating of my schedule the next day and arranged for a 7:30 am visit. the guy was right on time. assessed the situation as an experienced guy would. he replaced all rolling hardward and two cables. charged me $30 less than he originally thought. i hope he does open heart surgery, too. these guys are the model for how everyone should treat one another. i'd hire them again with no hesitation. thanks, guys. keep it up.

Job was performed quickly and the serviceman arrived early. Did a good job and am happy with the work.

When the service man arrived, he immediately located the problem - A bolt fell off the garage opener. He corrected that problem, replaced the rollers, inspected and connected the motor, did general servicing. I was delighted with the service. We have been manually opening the garage door because the motor was inoperable resulting in locking our car in the garage. There is a problem with our motor which was purchased 12 years ago. The service man told me about this - absolutely no pressure. I informed him when it needs replacing - I will call him. Feel free to use their services - I was very pleased. One of my extensions springs broke on my garage door. Called McBrothers based on rating here. They gave a price over the phone for replacing both springs, all the pulleys and servicing the door and setup a time that worked for me. They showed up on time, confirmed pricing, explained what would be done and get it done quickly and efficiently. They gave me some suggested items that I should look to do but did not pressure me into doing anything and were very helpful.

McBrothers is a very professional and competent company. It is a pleasure to see such courtesy and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asked. Kudos to their business philosophy and conscientious workers!

Excellent expierience. They arrived on time and finished quickly. The door is so much quieter.

I called McBrothers on Saturday and they had a service man here on Monday morning. He arrived right on time, erstimated the cost and time for the repair and was spot on in both categories. He not only fixed the probelm, but performed a general tune up on the door (who knew garage doors needed tune ups?). The door works perfectly now and runs much quieter and smoother, Very friendly and he took the time to walk me through what he did. Highly recommended.

It pays to do some price comparison. Received six quotes, two of which were site unseen. Beside being nearby, McBrother's quote was very reasonable, offered excellent quality, more choices, and thicker metal construction. The technician demonstrated overall operation, safety features, and assisted me in programming the opener controllers. Since completion of my installation, two of my neighbors have had new metal doors installed by McBrothers Overhead Doors. Definitely recommend them.

He was nice. He fixed the doors in early summer. He was very personable. It's a very old garage door so it's been acting up a little bit again. I wouldn't turn on him till I call him and see if he wants to come back. I didn't really do a comparison on price. It all looks good but I can't say anything because they haven't come back to see what's gone wrong. He was very responsive and he came right away.

We have used the McBrothers guys about once a year for four or five years and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. They call right back, come in quickly, and get the job done right!
