McBrothers Overhead Doors

One of our cables broke and the door crashed shut. I called and they came out the same day. This was in the Thanksgiving holiday week. I expected I wouldn't be able to operate the door until probably the week after Thanksgiving. But they worked me in and did a perfect job. The crew on site was very professional! They explained in detail what they needed to do and showed me why they needed to do it. They also did a "tune-up" maintenance jobs on both of our doors. One of the doors was very noisy, creaky, and made all sorts of strange noises. After they did the tune up, the door sounded like a new door. The bad sounds disapeared. I am really glad they did the work. This is an excellent company and I recommend them highly. Will use them again when the need arises.

Outstanding service! One of our garage doors developed a fault and stuck (and buckled) in the open position on a Sun evening. I was able to manually release the door and close it but it didn't look pretty and didn't work! I called 'McBrothers Overhead Doors' Warminster, on Monday morning and within 2 hours Ryan was out to have a look at it and he told me they could fix it and strengthen the door to prevent it happening again. He gave me a quote for the repair (which included adding a metal bar to the adjacent garage door in case the same thing happened to it). I was happy with the price as I didn't fancy spending thousands on a new door at this point in time! I thought I would have to wait a few days for service but they had an opening the following day so I went ahead and booked them for the repair. The following day two technicians came out as scheduled and spent a couple of hours repairing/adjusting and testing the door. They also fitted the metal bar as agreed to the other garage door. They went over their work with me before they left and made sure I was happy with the repair. Overall, I found the company to be professional, reasonably priced and true to their word. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I am happy to recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They arrived on time and were very professional. We needed something replaced in addition to the package we had purchased, but it was minor and they only charged us the difference ($40). The garage door is running beautifully now and is nearly silent. Would definitely recommend this contractor.

Jimmy and his partner called to let me know exactly when they were coming. They were professional and friendly. Our garage door was not opening/closing - Jimmy diagnosed the problem - broken pulleys- and gave me a reasonable price for replacing them. He also replaced the keypad and programmed the garage doors. He and his partner were thorough - they lubed everything and made adjustments until the door ran smoothly. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

This service went very well. They were out within two days of my call and made all of the appropriate repairs on the spot when they came out.. One door looked like it might need to be replaced, but they suggested that it was not really necessary and were able to repair the door and the opening mechanisms. I appreciated the honesty. They were fantastic. They were great. They were easy to schedule. They were quick. I don't think the guy was even here for an hour. When he was here, I asked him a lot of questions and he was knowledgeable. He gave advice even if I didn't ask him questions. He even basically gave me a free can of lube for the garage coil.

Service was excellent. Technician arrived on time. He fixed the doors so they work much better. He brought us new door openers he was able to get ours working satisfactory so we did not need to replace them right now. We also had him replace the gasket on the bottom of the doors as well.

It went very well. The installer was on time and spent 3-hrs on the install and showing how to operate, including setup of wireless devices and remotes
