Tom and his crew patched some stucco on an exterior wall of our rowhome. He was prompt and clear in his communications and polite. The price was competitive and the work was fast. He even noticed our window was missing a steel lintel, and obtained and installed one at a reasonable extra charge. No complaints whatsoever, and would be happy to work with him again on another project.

Tom Sr. Was sooo knowledgeable about masonry and even told us the type of brick we has on the front and back of the home from pictures. His crew (Tom Jr. , Derrick and Kareem) arrived on time, worked hard, did excellent work and were courteous and professional. Tom quoted a price and didn't nickel and dime us for extra work that was required to do the job right. Will definitely call them again if more work is needed.

Tom and his team did an excellent job. They installed a historic commission plaque on our house quickly and carefully. They clearly knew what they were doing and were professional and courteous. Would recommend their services to anyone.

We had a walkway that had been damaged by tree roots. We called Mr Natalini on the Angi's number. He called back promptly and arrived at the agreed upon time. He gave us an estimate and a proposed date which we accepted. He was subsequently able to move up the job. He called the day before to confirm and he arrived on time. The work was performed with obvious expertise and he answered all of our questions. The walkway is no longer hazardous. Altogether a smooth endeavor.

Natalini did excellent and quick work replacing our retaining wall. We would have no trepidations hiring them again.

Told me he was too busy to consider my job….Just like the rest, if they call at all. I thought I had a better chance finding someone on this app. I will keep trying for another few days. How frustrating

Tom Natalini and his entire crew were a pleasure to have at our home and perform the masonry, stucco and concrete work for us. We couldn’t have asked for better result, and we’ll be talking with Tom again soon for additional work we’d like to have done later this year. Solid crew all around!

Tom and his crew were incredibly responsive from the initial proposal to the start of the project. They were efficient and effective resulting in a beautiful back yard! When I wasn't happy with one thing, they were right on top of it and came back to fix it in a matter of days!

I waited Tom for 8 months do do a work here but he didn't come. I hired Tom to do a brick pointing and lentil replacement job in October 2019. The wall in my house had a structural damage that had to be taken care of ASAP. I even couldn't replace a rotted window before doing lentil replacement. When time had come for him to work here, a day before I received a text message that something had happened, and he has to postpone work till early spring. He said I would be the first on his list but when March had come, he kept postponing till the quarantine started, so he had another excuse not to come. Then finally he scheduled for June. I waited again but few days before he texted me and said that he can't do the job, he is too old for it and I should look for somebody else. If age was the last excuse, why to agree to this job in the first place? Not only that I lost 8 months waiting, now I can't even open this window during hot weather and put AC in. I have an elderly person and a toddler suffocating here from heat now, thanks to you, Tom. I regret I've trusted you with this project and waited for nothing to happen.

Tom’s crew did an awesome job! They were very professional, showed up like clockwork everyday, and took pride in their work. Our dining room and kitchen were transformed! We absolutely love it!!

I was sent a text canceling his appointment to provide estimate: saying he was the busiest he has been in 40 years ever since Donald Trump became president... My guess is that the job was too small and he decided it wasn't of interest...

Everything went really smoothly and working with Tom was very easy. Tom was accessible via text and phone and was in touch if there were changes to the schedule. Tom made suggestions throughout the project to help us make better decisions on the work being done. Tom and his crew were always on time. We are really happy with the backyard and other cement work Tom did. Would definitely hire him again!

Tom and his crew did a great job in a short amount of time re-grading part of our back patio area and repairing our street-facing basement wall. I really appreciated his experience/opinion on how best to go about covering the flaking parged wall in the unfinished basement of our 1920s S. Philly rowhome. The completed work in both areas looks terrific. Fast communication via text. Would hire again.

Tom and his crew were great! He showed up for the estimate on time and was thorough in inspecting the work. He even recommended repainting my stucco since it was flaking and lost it's water resiliency - which was not related to the job I called for, but invaluable to know before it started deteriorating. The day of the job he got his crew over and got the work done before the storm rolled in. They worked hard, were friendly and respectful. They also cleaned up before they left. What more could I ask for? I'm very happy with the work and the price was very fair.

From day one, Tom was outstanding. He came out quickly for an estimate and quoted us a fair price for the work. He kept in touch about when the crew would be out to complete the work given the challenges with the weather this winter. While completing the work, he was communicative at all times and made sure we were kept up to date with the progress including progress pictures. The quality of the work was excellent and we are pleased with the finished project. We have additional brickwork to complete and wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again.

Our exterior window sills and lintels were wood, rotten and old. Tom Natalini was very responsive in giving me a quote and scheduling the work. Tom and his crew are professional and punctual and replaced 4 sills and 7 lintels by limestone in less than 2 days of work. Definitely would hire again.
