MOZZANI'S LANDSCAPING INC

When I spoke to the wife, she understood and was VERY kind. Her husband got on the phone and was rude, nasty and threatened me and freaked me out-despite the fact that I was polite but factual they ruined my ENTIRE lawn (over an acre) and killed my apple tree and I just wanted them to fix the mess. I had thought they would try and clean up the massive mess but he wanted his money and did not care that I am now stuck with paying another company $8,000 to $12,000 to have someone else clean up the total mess due to their neglect and replant my entire yard. We paid their bill IN FULL (much of which was for items that were NEVER done) as well as half of the interest charge (they have NEVER charged us interest before and always came to collect the full amount of the previous year in the spring--the AUDACITY!!!!). They really did a great job in the beginning, but have now left us with a total mess. FYI-I have NEVER written a poor review on ANY company, and I especially do not like to do so for ANY small business. In submitting this review, I ask that all employees and those affiliated with MOZZANI'S LANDSCAPING INC permanently stays away from my home, my business, my family and me.

They completed the initial work. However, they later explained that due to a lack of customers in our neighborhood they wouldn't be able to do the regular mowing and maintenance work. We never would have hired them if we knew this was the case. They then referred us to another individual who could do the mowing. The second company couldn't do the work, and instead referred us to a third company. Thankfully they were able to do the mowing, but we still had to hire yet another company to do the beds. It was a big pain in the neck.

Perfect. They are very responsive and I was quite pleased with the work. It was better than I would have done myself.

They come every week. They're not great but they're pretty good.

.very well. fast response, good price. our tractor broke and they were wlling to cut our lawn without a weekly contract. i gave them a bonus for squeezing us in immediately.

It went very well, they responded quickly, they came out and looked at the property and gave me an estimate, which was fair, but I just went with another company. They were able to give me a quote within a couple days to come as they promised.

We called Mozzani's for an estimate, leaving a message with our request. Susan promptly called us back with an explanation of their services, which was very thorough and informative, she answered all my questions. Mozzani's came the next day and did a wonderful job. What really stands out with me is that Susan called us a day later to see if we were satisfied with their services. The workers are very polite and acknowledge us with a smile and a wave while they are on the mowers. Outstanding!!

It went very well, they do a good job, they come when the are supposed too. I've been using him for about 5 years.

MOZZANI'S DOES A GREAT JOB, WHEN THEY CAN FIT IT IN! THEY ARE PLEASANT, DEDICATED, HARD-WORKING PEOPLE WHO HAVE A FLARE FOR AND A LOVE OF LAWN WORK AND LANDSCAPING, BUT THEY APPEAR TO BE OVER COMMITTED. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT THEY ARE "ON THE LIST", BUT IF YOU WAIT UNTIL YOUR NAME COMES TO THE TOP OF THAT LIST, IT MAY BE TOO LATE IN THE SEASON FOR THE SERVICE YOU WANTED.
