The staff at Greenman Exterminators are by far the friendliest and most responsive individuals I have dealt with thus far. I first hired them to address a severe problem I had with carpenter ants, which they took care of expeditiously, and it has not been a problem since. Since then I have used them for general insect and rodent extermination services, and take advantage of the annual contract they offer.

Estimator came right when promised. A detailed plan and estimate was provided only a few hours after. Traps were set, pests removed and damaged siding was boarded up. Reasonable price for the amount of work done.

Everything went well, very professional. Job was well done and on a timely fashion.

The inspection was excellent and I am considering a service contract with Green Man.

John was great!! He showed up and evaluated the areas. He had a plan and executed it in a very timely manner. Groundhog was caught on 3rd day and John then did the precautionary steps so it shouldn’t happen again. Highly recommend his services and will use again if needed. Sorry he got sprayed from a skunk the first time he checked the cages. He released the groundhog to wildlife area. Thanks again for your help.

I cannot say enough about how amazing our service was from beginning to end! Cathy who answered the phone was so nice and gave us a detailed step by step of how to prepare for the inspection and how to clean any possibly infested areas. She worked hard to make sure we would have help as quickly as possible! When John came to do the inspection he was very nice, too, and gave us information above and beyond what we had called in for. He was thorough in his search and gave us a ton of information on how he treats pests and how we can prevent any further scares. I love that all their products are non-toxic and natural! We fortunately got the report that we did not have bedbugs! We will be recommending their services to everyone and they are the only people we will ever call if we need these services again!

The service went great! The original problem was mice in the walls. Which they handled first. It took several visits but they got them under control. Then I discovered that there was a squirrel in the eaves. They came out and took care of the squirrels as well. I now have a quarterly service contract and no more problems with small animals visiting my home!

He's smart, patient, and so committed to getting to the root of the problem. John and Chris did an excellent job taking care of a serious ant problem in my home. They were prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. There were ants everyone on my deck and inside my home and once Green Man addressed the problem the ants were gone. John used his extensive knowledge to assess the situation and create an effective approach to solving the ant issue. This a is great company to deal with - very responsive and reasonable priced with excellent follow up.

Everything went swimmingly. Techs showed up on time. Cathy in the office returns calls promptly. They did an excellent job. I wish they offered a contract where I could get service done doe a year. Maybe in the future. If you have any pest concerns, these guys are my 1 and only call.

The Green Man Exterminator was great! I was able to reach them on the phone easily, after finding them on Angie's List. We set up an appointment a few days away, and they called back to confirm. They told me that they could do an assessment totally for free. I was a little doubtful, but Haley showed up and looked around, explained what she was looking for, and told me that I didn't have anything to worry about. No upsell or anything, which I was impressed by. If I DO come up with a real infestation, I will certainly reach out to them again.

We original received a quote for pest extermination from one of the larger companies. Our main concer was field mice and ants. During their site review they explained they would spray poison around the house and set traps throughout. When asked, they stated they didn’t do anything to keep the mice from getting into the house, but their poison would kill the mice if they got in and ate it. Needless to say, I wasn’t overly impressed with that company. When Greenman came out, the employee took his shoes off before entering the house. I was sold at that moment. He rodent proofed the house to prevent the field mice from getting into the house and set up a non posionous trap just in case one did. They sprayed the house with green, non hazardous chemicals, many containing essential oils, for the other pests. We signed a service contract and on our second year. The company is a pleasure to deal with and everyone is super friendly. Could not be happier with this company and I will continue to recommend them to others

It went very well. There was a snake in my house. They came out and figured out how to remove it and also removed a wasp nest that was behind my siding. He made sure everything he did was friendly for my cats. He even left some environmentally friendly stuff for me in case the wasps came back.

We’ve been customers since 2014 and will continue to be for as long as they will have us!

As always, their service has been fantastic! We absolutely love the fact that they are green. We have peace of mind that we're not being harmed by harsh chemicals, and that kids are also safe. Once they're done with their visit, the house smells amazing because of the oils that are sprayed throughout. Their methods have been very effective at removing a few field mice that entered our home. They checked through every crevice outside to cover up any holes and inside added oils that made it very uncomfortable for the little guys and they peacefully went away. The idea of using glue traps or the other snappy ones really made us very uncomfortable. We also had a wasp situation that was a little tricky to address and they patiently worked with us to remedy it. We've had peace of mind when using their service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective and green exterminator. Thanks so much for being there for us.

Green Man treated the house and got rid of the bed/bat bugs without using any chemicals on our very old house. We were very pleased with the work that Green Man did.
