Spagnolo Tile

Mike and his team from Spagnolo tiled a bathroom floor at my house. Not only was the work 5 stars for craftsmanship, the attention to detail in the customer service was second to none. Mike was so gracious when the scheduling had to be done twice due to the tile store ordering a wrong color. He also was sensitive to the fact that the house has only one bathroom, and he arranged to use a fast-setting thin set and grout to get the toilet up and running within a few hours. His dad was also so respectful of my property and set up his work area a distance from the house so as not to create dust in the home, and suggested I close windows while he was outside mixing grout. There was a challenging area to set tile along the same level as an existing hardwood floor, and the joint/transition is seamless and beautiful! The finished floor looks amazing. Thanks go to the guys at Spagnolo Tile for a job very well done.

Great family owned business that are easy to work with, responsive to changes, considerate, clean and genuinely nice people. They are very timely in both arriving and finishing their work. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they put the customer ahead of their bottom line. Case in point, they seem to do a little extra for you every visit! Spagnolo Tile definitely works hard to earn and indeed they deserve their business success. Do yourself a favor and call them - you'll be very pleased that you did.

There was a small problem with the project and they made sure that it was done the way I wanted it and the way it needed to be. In these days when it's hard to get a contractor to even do the work they did an outstanding job and fully guaranteed and backed the product. I waited several months before writing this review to make sure that everything held up and it has. I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I could not find one that would be more honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Michael Spagnolo, was GREAT, I could not have asked for more. He was professional, courteous, answered every question i had. My entrance way looks just the way I pictured it would. You could not go wrong with Michael.

Being in construction myself of custom homes I first started with Mike's Grandfather Nick who was a master in all facets of tile/ marble etc. Then his son Tom and now Mike, Tom's son, who now runs the business. Both Tom and Mike followed their predecessor in knowledge, workmanship, and being a family. Mike is reliable, courteous and take a personal interest in whatever he does. My next project is very soon and without a doubt there will be no hesitation in contacting Mike, as " I AM" very particular in whatever I do and Mike matches up to my expectations.

Mike called me right away. He came by that night for the estimate. The work would have been completed this week but I am going out of town so it will be done next week. He seems very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Owner Mike Spagnolo went out of his way to ensure that we loved his work and our tile floor installation. He did great work and I highly recommend him for all of your tile needs. He installed porcelain tile in a large living room and it looks fantastic. He is a pleasure to work with and really cares about his customers.

We had a project in our living to remove a wooden mantel and brick faced fireplace and replace it with a flat mosaic tile and smooth floor tile hearth.Spatolo was low bid. This family business of son, father and cousin are true craftsman. Michael the son made several visits and coordinated the projects. The work was completed on time with care and cleaniness plus a return visit for our satisfaction. We would hire then again without question.

The owner of Spagnola Tile, Mike, was a pleasure to work with. He came out, quoted what seemed to be an impossible job, and scheduled it in the same weekend. We had a half finished basement that I was going to finish. When it came to the floor I wasn't sure what to do. Mike helped me match the existing tile, and to my surprise installed the tile, giving me a level floor for my finished basement. My wife was blown away, and Mike kept me informed each step of the way. I will be using Spagnola Tile for future tile and carpentry work in the future as well as recommending them to anybody looking for an exceptional and trustworthy professional.

I use Home advisor as my go to for projects I need done around the house and they have not failed me yet! I requested pros for my tile installation in my kitchen. I chooses 3 pros to come out and give an estimate, by far Spagnolo was the best! I talked to him the same day of my inquiry and he would have came out that day but I wasn't available. He came out as soon as I was available and he gave me a roundabout estimate that day. He then sent me an official estimate the following day. His communication was great with quick responses via email. Also his price was the best out of the three pros but the quality of work was awesome. I am completely satisfied with the work and the cleanliness of the work site during and after. They took all their trash with them. Oh and did I mention prior to putting the new tile down they had to take up the linoleum floor. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them for future projects!
