Michelle was GREAT...communicates well and was responsive to multiple schedule changes on my end. She and her team arrived on time, after friendly greetings and a detailed review of my requirements, they went to work with their own tools and products. All work was complete within 2 hours. I am very particular, and inspected the job. The quality of the cleaning was outstanding. I would recommend Michelle and her team and am considering using them in the future.

The work done was professional, they were very polite and very courteous. My wife has a health issue and they worked around a very trying day my wife was having.

It was a big deal purchase and it went well. I was not here when they came and did the work and I was able to call and talk them, so that was a good thing. I think they did a good job. They cleaned most of the first floor and they cleaned, vacuumed, dusted and cleaned up, which was nice. I was happy with the service. They were on time and everything went well.

I asked that she call me back about making an appointment for a quote to clean our 4 bedroom, 5,600 square foot house on a bi-weekly basis. She never bothered to call me back. Definitely her loss!

She was professional helpful and interested in details of what our needs and preferences were so that the work could meet our needs.

Michelle & her team arrived promptly . They were very nice & eager to do their work. I left on errands & I was extremely pleased upon my return to find everything sparkling clean. They seemed to pay attention to detail & even brought my desired floor cleaner to clean the hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend their services. GREAT JOB!!!! :)

Everybody should use her that has the opportunity to as she is very good. They send 2 people out to do the cleaning and they clean for 2 hours.

Very expensive for first floor + 2 bedrooms

They were professional and nice, however it was okay it was not fantastic.

It was fine. We're going to have her back again next month.

They were very pleasant to work with, prompt and efficient. Over all I was happy with the result. There was one issue with the stainless steel refrigerator and the owner came out and fixed it promptly. I plan to continue to use this company in the future.

I originally contacted Michele directly via email and then bought a big deal on Michele's home detailing service. Using that direct email communication, we set a date for her services. The Saturday before the Monday services she apparently started communicating with me using Angie's list messaging (instead of the original email address) which I don't check routinely, plus I work weekends. I was expecting her on Monday the 25th. At 1:30 I stepped out to pick up some things for my daughter who was home sick. After I left, Michele arrived, my daughter told her I was out running an errand and would be back in a few minutes. Michele did not ask for my cell phone number but said "Well I'm not waiting". The fee for the service had already been paid. A window treatment installer also arrived while I was out and had no trouble whatsoever getting started, and there were 5 men at the house painting who also knew I was running a brief errand and who all had my cell number and would have given it to her if she had asked.

I love them!!! they were on time,completely professional to the point I signed on to keep them. Michelle works with you to get what you want. My bathrooms were spotless. She got paint out of the sink from the previous owners. MY house was awesome. she is easy going and professional all at the same time. Little nooks and crannies were dust free. I have 7 year old twins and I looked like my house was a show house when they left. She even works out custom cleaning options. I would recommend her to the pickiest person with gusto!!!! Michelle and her crew are great. Excellent service, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and responsive. Very pleased and we will use her service now on a regular every other week basis. Highly recommended.

It turned out excellent. They did a really good job. She followed up quickly, several times. She kept calling me to set up the time and I put it off until three weeks ago. I would use her again.

Michelle was very nice as was her helper. She had specified 2pm but didn't arrive until 3pm. I had to call her to find out if she was still moving forward with the appointment. I would have appreciated a call. Overall the work was done well with the exception of one room not be dusted.

It went very well. Michele is very professional and punctual. Her helper and her thoroughly cleaned my bathroom, kitchen and living room. They dusted, vacuumed, cleaned walls and woodwork,mopped floors and wiped down my kitchen appliances. Items were moved to thoroughly dust and all woodwork was cleaned with disinfectant. Everything that they did was spotless.I was very pleased and would use her services again. I highly recommend her.

Michele did a great job, focusing on exactly what I wanted done. Now she cleans my home weekly, and I'm very pleased with her service.

I would highly recommend this business. The owner is professional and very hands on. Michele made sure that we went over the choices for chemicals and inquired about any allergies in my family. Michele also offered a variety of "green" products, which I appreciated with two children and pets in my household.The service was always prompt and considerate. They were very courteous to my children (and my pets) and were always willing to work around my schedule. Michele and her company has proven to be trustworthy, reliable and very professional. I would definitely recommend her company to a single homeowner or business owner. She gives each job the one on one attention that every homeowner is looking for.

Overall, Michelle did poor work, did not focus on the areas that we asked her to focus on, was full of excuses, and was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I would never allow her in my house again, nor recommend her to anyone. Michelle came to clean our new house for a move in cleaning. We said the things we most wanted were for the inside of the cabinets to be cleaned along with the bathrooms, but to clean the whole house and we would pay her if it took a long time, like 8-10 hours. She came and spent about 5 hours in the house. We were not in the house when she cleaned. She called when she finished and asked if we wanted to come over and look at it and said she did an excellent job and we would be very impressed. We were unable to go over right at that moment, as we had a house full of packers at our old place. She came over (0.25 mile away) and picked up her check and said to call her if there were any issues. At this point we were looking forward to seeing the place. When we did go over a few hours later, we could smell the cleaning chemicals and it was clear that she did something, but the house was far from clean. We noted the following: -The cabinets had not been cleaned out. Old food, sawdust, and a visible layer of dust was in the first 3 cabinets I opened. -There was still some sawdust on the kitchen floor (from installing child locks in cabinets before she came). -There were white spots on the hardwood floor -There was dried food on the counter top and edges on the range -Old smudges were all over all of the faucets in the kitchens and baths -"Various types" of hairs were in the shower, including on the soap dish -Finger prints were on the outside of the glass shower door -Toothpaste was in one bathroom sink -Dried soap was in another bathroom sink -Nothing looked extremely clean and there were probably more issues, but you get the idea. I called her to go over the list, in a polite way. I left a message and she called me back a few hours later. She started off by telling me how tired she was, perhaps getting a head start on a list of excuses. Partway through my list of issues, she said I must have tracked the dirt in when I went over, because she cleaned it all. I told her I had taken my shoes off upon entering and I did not track small curly hairs into the soap dish in the shower. She then shifted the blame to me for not going over to walk through it immediately after she finished. I accept that I wasn't able to go over at that point, but the place should have been clean either way. She rattled off excuses about how her vacuum must have been full or maybe there was something wrong with it, because she vacuumed the cabinets. She asked if I knew how long it would take to actually wipe out the cabinets. I told her that the cabinets were our top priority and we had told her that, which she agreed with, but she went back to how long it would have taken to actually wipe them out. While I didn't say it at that point, I knew exactly how long it would take, that's why I hired her and told her to take the time she needed, we'd pay her for it. Michelle began to yell at me. She accused me of being wrong about the dirt (which stopped after she asked if it was still there and I said yes). She yelled at me about how hard and long she worked and how her hands hurt after scrubbing the house. When I got through the first item or 2, she was willing to come out to fix it, but by the time I got through about half of the issues she was yelling at me and saying she wasn't sure she was willing to come and fix it. Michelle claimed that she scrubbed the white spots on the floor and was unable to get them up. After speaking with her, I put a couple of drops of water on it and quickly wiped it with my sock, it all came right up. I asked Michelle to return the check. She said there was no way she was doing that because she put in a lot of hard work. I told her it didn't show, that the house was still dirty, and so she should provide at least a partial refund. She then told me that I wasn't paying her normal rate, that I was already getting a discount (I had a coupon). I then said that I understood that everyone has a bad day sometimes and that her work may not have been up to it's normal standards. If that was the case, send me a partial refund and I would understand. If not, she could keep the money and understand that I would assume this was her normal work and would share my experience with neighbors etc. She said she was too mad to decide right then and would email me her decision. I said that was fine and we ended the call. It's been 5 days since that conversation and I haven't heard from her, though she did cash the check. I did have another cleaning person come out. I didn't say anything about the house having been previously "cleaned" and the second person thought the house had not been cleaned in quite a while. They did a wonderful job.
