Tony and his crew were amazing! We gave them a challenging master bathroom renovation design, and they made it a reality. Tony gave us key recommendations for suppliers (eg, tiles, countertops) with whom he frequently works...and trusts. We had regular check-in points, sometimes multiple times a day, where the crew shared the plan (or options/recommendations) or showed us what they did to ensure our complete satisfaction before proceeding to the next step. Every member of the crew was polite and engaging; courteous and respectful, and very knowledgeable. Appropriate measures were taken to be as non-intrusive as possible and to protect other areas of the house throughout the process. We were especially impressed with the fact that they showed up when promised, were always on time, and cleaned up every day,. They worked exclusively on our project, except while we were away and waiting for cabinets. So, the renovation was completed in a timely fashion. We could not be happier with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Chima Contracting (actually, we already have!). This was the 3rd major project I hired Tony Chima to do for me and my family. All 3 experience were exactly the same. 7am hammers are swinging until 3pm. Chima Contracting turned a dark corner of our basement into an elegant beautiful wet bar that completely exceeded our expectations! They listened to everything we were hoping to have in a bar and gathered all of our ideas and made our dream into a reality in a matter of days. We canâ t thank nor recommend this company enough for what they did for us! All the workers were considerate and professional and there was no mess left behind. Tony and his team remodeled our master bathroom tearing out existing shower, vanities, medicine cabinets, tile flooring. Toilet, and lighting. Installed new tile flooring, shower tiling, jacuzzi tub surround tiling, etc. All work was completed in and excellent manner. They were On time Every day and took extreme care throughout the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony remodeled our bathroom from floor to ceiling and did and excellent job. He removed our old bathtub and installed a beautiful shower with tiled walls and glass doors. Tony and his team also replaced a window in the kitchen, installed crown molding in the bedroom and painted and repaired the walls in the dining room and hallway. All work was performed meticulously with care taken at the end of each day to clean up the work area. This is the second time we have used Chima Contracting and the rating has been 5 stars each time. Tony's wife Suzanne was very helpful and understanding when we encountered a scheduling problem. They are both very professional.

Suzanne, Tony and the entire team at Chima Contracting are truly the best. We used them for our basement renovation and we couldn't be happier! Suzanne is an excellent communicator and provides so many updates and details before the projects begin and during the entire process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and completely. Tony and his crew are top notch. They show up ON TIME, every single day. They are very respectful of your home/property. They made sure to clean the bathroom they used at the end of EVERY DAY! They were so friendly and kind to my two young boys that were always curious and wanting to check things out. They were great with both of our dogs and all the chaos they can cause. Their work is very well done, and they stayed on budget (Tony recommended a few suggestions that saved us money) and the project was finished ahead of schedule. I truly cannot recommend them enough. We have a long list of projects that we will be doing with Chima over the coming years.

Tony and his crew were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time every day and was very courteous and professional. Wow, I canâ t say enough about the job Tony and crew did in our basement. He and Suzanne are an awesome tag team. Communication was great, we had no issues. We had been dreaming of a new kitchen for many years now. Itâ s scary choosing a contractor to understand â your visionâ and to charge them with building your dream as if it were their own. Itâ s never easy trusting someone to be in your home while you and your family are at work and school. Chima Contracting is nothing short of professional and honest. The time line for the remodel was aggressive and they actually completed a few days sooner. They guided us through the planning phase and provided us with a list of reputable suppliers. Tony and the guys always arrive on time every morning and get started right away and go over the the daily plan with you answering any questions you will have. They waste no time. They took great care in covering and moving our furniture around as needed. We want to add that during a time when masks were not required in many areas and Covid cases were on the decline, they were very understanding, careful and conscious of our 5 year old son who received a kidney transplant 12/2019. He takes anti rejection medications everyday to lower his immune system so his body doesnâ t recognize and attack his wonderful new kidney. They showed genuine concern whenever he was around with masking to help protect him a little more. They really got to know us and Mason. Everyday Mason would come home from school to â get to workâ with his play tools. Tony and the guys took him under their wing and made him an honorary member of their team. He was so proud to wear their work shirt. We also have animals and they were all wonderful with them. The dogs even got excited to see them everyday as well. Suzanneâ ¦ what can we say, her communication and professionalism is astounding. You have a question, she will get you the answer and pretty quickly! We highly recommend Chima Contracting for your household remodeling needs. You wonâ t regret it!

We had a fantastic experience working with Tony and Suzanne at Chima Contracting to convert a formal living room into some much-needed office space for our home. Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way, and Tony and his crew were very accommodating, dependable and did great work (adding walls/drywall/doors/trim/paint). You would never know the office wasn't originally part of our home. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and hope to work with Chima Contracting again in the future.

My husband and I were excited about our bathroom remodel and Tony brought those dreams to reality. After several pervious homes and renovations with past contractors, we were more than apprehensive about undergoing major construction of our master bathroom and bedroom remodel. Our project was a total gut ,that required enlarging the bath by removing closets, relocating of plumbing for the toilet, enlarged shower and double sink vanity. This work was enhanced by the recessed lighting, fan, barn door and tiling. From the very start, Tony was on time and showed up ready to work when he said he would be here. He and staff were all in uniform, respectful and cleaned up each and everyday. Above all that Tony was willing to listen and open to the desires we envisioned and to took the time to explain aspect of the project as it progressed. Tony's professionalism and craftsmanship far surpass any of the pervious experiences we have had contracts. We hired Tony and his team to renovate our garage into an in-law suite equipped with a full kitchen and full bath. The finished product far exceeded our expectation. Tony and his team arrived on time at 7:15am every day and were very professional and polite to our entire family. Tony and his team were initially hired to remodel our main bathroom, laundry room and deck. We were so impressed with their outstanding work that we expanded the project to include remodeling an office and basement. Tony and his team were able to bring my vision to life. They installed 2 new closets and closet organizers. They re-did the baseboards, painted, trim and all new bedroom doors and hardware. They re always on time and super professional. This is the 2nd project they completed, first one was completely gutting my bathroom.
