When it came time to remodel our master bathroom we immediately thought of Tony Chima and Chima Contracting, as they redesigned and remodeled our kitchen 2 years prior. Once again, we were not disappointed. Tony is excellent to work with and always made himself available to answer all our questions. Suzanne kept us updated daily on all aspects of the job from start to finish. Tony, Suzanne and their crew are very easy to work with and are very professional. We have one more bathroom to remodel and will certainly call Tony.

There are few home improvements that can cause as much stress and anxiety as renovating a kitchen. My wife and I agonized over hundreds of design choices, but the best decision we made in this process was choosing Tony Chima Contracting to lead our construction. Tony offered a common sense approach in helping us create a new layout for our kitchen which focused on functionality as a key component. He also suggested to us stores that offered good quality materials while still staying well within our budget. Once construction began, Tony spoke with us at the start of each day to give us a rundown of the dayâ s activities and addressed any questions or concerns that we had with the project. The crew always maintained cleanliness by hanging up plastic sheeting and keeping a clean workspace. Amazingly, Tony and his crew finished our kitchen in less than 3 weeks while maintaining quality craftsmanship that has done nothing but impress anyone who has been in our kitchen since its completion. We could not be more happy with the overall experience of working with Tony Chima Contracting to create our dream kitchen. We highly recommend his constructive expertise for any home project.

We invited several contractors found on the internet to propose a plan and bid to expand a master bathroom to accommodate wheelchair access and a roll-in shower. This involved moving walls, toilet, and sink/vanity; replacing all the tile, lighting, and attic access; and converting a dressing/closet area to a walk-in closet with modern organizer hardware. I was surprised how half-baked some of their proposals were. Tony had done a great job on the bathrooms at our church, so we also invited him to bid. At first I was a little put off by the amount of effort he expected from ME, shopping for tile, fixtures, etc., but it ended up proving how naive I was about the range of prices and choices, because we turned out to be quite particular about that stuff and otherwise would have missed the chance to get exactly what we wanted. Also Tony did everything he could to ease the pain, picking up extras and not even charging me for some last minute add-ons. The crew and Suzanne also were a pleasure to deal with. And the new bathroom is AWESOME, almost a work of art, blazingly sunlit, safe and easy for a wheelchair user. I wholehearted recommend these guys!

Tony is awesome! We loved the consulting and suggestions he provided for us. The quality of work is exceptional. His team did 1 and 1/2 bathrooms for us. We couldn't be happier. Tony's wife helped with scheduling and logistics. She was so responsive to questions and schedule changes. I have never worked with a contractor that had such a good logistical coordinator. Highly recommend and will use again.

I think this company is very fair in price, the crew is always on time and very professional, Suzanne was awesome setting things up and keeping you updated on the process. Angela from the Tile Gallery was remarkable in helping picking out items, She has good taste. As for Tony he explained every step of the way and was very patient with the changes made. From start to finish this job went exactly as we hoped it would! Suzanne was beyond friendly and accommodating while setting up our estimate and guiding us through the steps leading up to the job. I was BEYOND nervous while picking things out. I have a very hard time imagining how things will look when they are finished. Tony took my vision for my kitchen and brought it to life! His entire crew is phenomenal! On the first day Tony and Bill were first to arrive and Bill said “Wait until you see what we do with this kitchen! I instantly knew it was going to be amazing! The entire crew seemed genuinely excited about my kitchen. The guys were so polite, my children and even the dog absolutely loved them. Every morning when Tony arrived he asked me did I have any questions? Was there anything he could explain for me? He was extremely patient with all of my questions and helped me to make big decisions. He was very honest about things we should or shouldn't do and always had a positive reaction to the things we wanted done. Every single day when the guys were finished they left my house IMMACULATE. The trash was taken off the property and all of their equipment was lined up neatly and in its place. They swept the floors and kept everything clean as a whistle. To say they were PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL & POLITE is an understatement. The electric in my house was a mess! Tony rerouted all of my electric and fixed everything so that it is perfect now. Gus and Tyler NEVER stopped working from the time they arrived until the time they left. Bill did an amazing job painting and Peter was a little doll. He did a fabulous job on the Wayne's coating and backsplash in our kitchen. The entire crew is truly talented.

Tony remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms about 12 years ago. When we decided to remodel our shore home we knew Chima Contracting was the one to call. We were nervous about the project while living two hours away from the shore but Tony and Suzanne made it seamless and keep us up to date (even while vacationing in Jamaica) Tony and Suzanne are very responsive and offered helpful suggestions to complete our kitchen project. Tonys work is high quality and fair priced. We highly recommend him for any remodeling work you may need. Chima Contracting = Meticulous Craftsman!

I met Tony Chima while searching for a professional to complete a top to bottom rehab of an investment property in horrible condition. I set up appointments with 15 contractors. Only 10 showed up and he was the only one that showed up on time. His estimate was in my hands in a few days and was crystal clear on the scope of work. It was not the highest or lowest, but seemed the most reasonable. He completed the entire house in 29 days on time and most importantly on budget in the middle of winter. He has just completed major work ( kitchen, bath, attic, laundry room, windows and paint) on my own home that I recently purchased. Again, excellent advice on what to do and what not to do. Right on time and right on budget. I have referred him to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

After many years of settling for someone else’s taste in home decor, we finally decided to take the plunge and remodel our kitchen. First name that came to mind was Tony Chima, as we have had family members use his services in the past. From the first phone call with Suzanne, we knew we were in good hands. She was always available to address any questions or concerns we had and Tony was quick to respond. The vendors they suggested we use were top notch and very helpful. We had a vision of what we wanted to do and Tony guided us with every step, coming up with creative ideas we would never have thought of. His crew from day one were courteous and respectful, shout out to Gus, Pete, Bill and Tyler. The job was not just a remove and replace, it was an entire kitchen re-design. Our new kitchen has been redesigned and has exceeded our expectations. To sum it all up, Chima Contracting are professionals at their craft, and their attention to details will not disappoint.
