Zwolinski Quality Construction just completed our master bathroom remodel and we could not have been happier with the results. Gwynn helped us turn our ideas into a plan and Arnold brought the plan to reality. Arnold recommended several changes during construction and the results were better than expected. The crew was courteous and very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the quality of work on our bathroom remodel. Gwynn was very responsive and always available via text if I had any questions. Arnold's tile skills are top-notch. He is very detailed and understands the aesthetics of symmetry and patterns. Chris was very helpful and did a beautiful job on the finishing touches. When they finished they did a great job vacuuming and cleaning up their work area.

My experience from start to finish was above and beyond. I hired Arnold and his team to remodel two bathrooms and a laundry room. The results were stunning! They were on time every day, kept me updated on progress, and both friendly and professional. I'm bringing them back next year for some additional work.

Overall, if the scale is 1 to 10 and 10 is the highest review, we would give 15 to Zwolinski Quality Construction. They were excellent and they performed beyond our expectation on the remodeling of our two bathrooms. Several years ago with another contractor, we had some unpleasant experiences in the remodeling of our kitchen and 1st floor where the job that should have taken a few weeks dragged on for a few months. Thus, my wife was reluctant to go through with this bathroom remodeling. At first, Gwynn came over and listened what we wanted. She measured and sent us the work details and quotation. Some contractors we interviewed told us that the tub could not move as we asked. Since it is critical to us to move the tub, we asked Arnold to come over and explain on how to rebuild around the tub. Arnold came over and explained what he can build for us. He provided very creative solutions on what we asked and he built it beautifully. When Arnold and his crew started to work, they started precisely at 7:30 AM every morning. They cleaned and vacuumed when they finished work every day. They took the construction trash with them each evening. The work was originally scheduled 1.5 weeks. However, it was finished in only 5 days including Eric painting alone on one Saturday. Thus, they were ahead of the original schedule. Otherwise, there were a minimum three people working at the same time, with as many as 7 people on some days or for certain tasks. Arnold and all of his crew were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Two days after Zwolinski finished the work, we found a tiny leak on our shower value. So, we got a replacement cartridge from Lowe's and started to work on Saturday morning. However, the cartridge did not fit correctly no matter what we did. After 2-3 hours, we finally gave up. Since Arnold did not work on our shower valve, it was not his responsibility. However, we called Arnold and left a message that we need his help (no water in the house until this shower could be fixed). Since it was Saturday, we did not expect he would return our call. However, he called ~5 minutes after our message and asked details and then he is on the way to our home. He and one of his crew appeared after about 7 minutes. Within 10 minutes, they were able to fix the problem. We could not believe his service - emergency work completed in less than 30 minutes after the call on a late Saturday afternoon. No one can ask better than this. We are very happy with Arnold and his crew's work.

Arnold and his team are top notch. They are timely, professional and do solid work. He did a complete reno of our master bathroom in 5 days. I highly recommend him for any project, so much so that I am looking at other areas of my house to remodel. We had an original bathroom to our 1950's split level home and Arnold turned the 'dungeon 'into a luxury master bathroom fit for a high end magazine. We couldn't be more pleased.

Zwolinski Quality Construction refurbished our basement that was flooded from a recent storm. Their company provided a thorough, accurate and reasonable estimate for the work that was to be completed. Their team installed drywall and insulation to an approximately 1500 square foot basement. Their team also painted the walls, installed vinyl flooring and a TV mount in one of the basement rooms. Their team also installed a vanity and toilet in the basement bathroom. The quality of the work was superb and their level of professionalism, meticulousness and workmanship was exceptional. Highly recommend this company.

Complete bathroom remodel from total demo to windexed mirror in 5 days. Be prepared to be impressed. Very professional guys who fix problems as they go along WITHOUT charging you extra. They complete jobs at warp speed with precision,care and cleanliness. You have an owner who is on the job ever day, who take pride in his work and it shows.

Arnold and his team did excellent job in finishing our basement. They build a new bar, Accent wall, install flooring, Movie theater, all speakers and projects. Also build a wooden wall for Dart board. Team is very passionate and; dedicated to their work. They do not compromise on quality. One accent wall they waited 3 times to get the require outcome. There was some pending items due to late deliver of items. They came back and completed full basement. They covered all the furniture and flooring around the project space in order to keep our home clean and protected. My wife is very Happy with their work. They work extra hours without charging me to meet their committed time. Did not charged me a dollar more than what was agreed upon. Overall team is very friendly, knowledgeable. highly skilled always find a solution to any problem. Would highly recommend them for your work.!!!!!

We had a master bathroom remodel from Arnold and his crew. The remodel consisted of replacing cabinets, flooring, and building a new walk-in shower. They covered all the furniture and flooring around the project space in order to keep our home clean and protected. The team of Arnold showed up promptly every morning during construction. I have to say, their work ethic was impeccable. I assumed the project would take 1-2 weeks, but they continually worked and finished in 4-5 days They were nonstop and rarely took breaks. It was very impressive. Regarding the end results, it was fantastic and we are so happy. Tile work was exceptional. Flooring, moulding and tiling were all solid. We were very pleased with their craftsmanship and Arnold pricing. The crew (Lester, Chris, and Eric) were polite, responsible, kind and respectable to me and my wife. Without hesitation, I would bring them back and recommend them to others. I rarely write reviews, but the end product and their business expertise were great and worthy of acknowledgement. 

Arnold and team did a great job. They completed our bathroom renovation in just 3 days , which some other contractors estimated to take 2 weeks. They always showed up on time and thoroughly cleaned the site after they were gone. I will be calling them for all my home projects that are more complex than DIY.

Did a great job doing a complete remodel on two bathrooms. I already had vanities, tubs, faucets, and tiles before they started, but they provided all the construction materials. I can t speak to what design help Arnold would provide but he did let me know of other finishing touches I needed to purchase along the way. The estimate was for 8 days completion and they finished in 6 days. The team worked hard but didn t cut corners on the quality of their work. Kept me very informed as they progressed through each part of the remodel. Even though they took over our bedroom with their tools the mess and dust was kept to a minimum. When they left at the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Even had an issue with one of the tubs having a squeek when you stepped in. After a hour of not being able to figure it out I was ready to say to leave it and hope that it settled. Arnold continued to work at least another hour before he figured it out. Would definitely use the team again.

These guys were great. They were incredibly punctual and efficient, even arriving spot on time during the peak of tropical storm Isaias' assault on the region. The work looks great too. It was almost a full bathroom renovation, done in 3 days and when it was done they left the place cleaner than they found it. I would definitely recommend.

We recently contracted Zwolinski Quality Construction to convert a single bathroom into 2 smaller but more functional bathrooms. From the very beginning of the process, they have been so helpful and easy to work with. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. We could not be happier with how beautifully both bathrooms turned out. The quality of the work was impeccable and the best part was that they work so efficiently and focus only on one client at a time, so the whole process took a week to complete when other contractors we interviewed all said it would take at least 3 months to complete. We look forward to using Arnold and his crew for more projects in the future- their quality, fair prices, and work ethic is second to none!!

Amazing, I can t believe I didn t submit this sooner. Arnold and his crew were impressive. The amount of work and quality they completed in under two weeks was incredible.
