Job completed - could not have gone better -- came exactly on time -- trimmed as requested and cleaned up after . Would recommend to any and all.

Last year they came to remove a very large tree. However, it wasn't until about 6 months later (when we were getting landscaping done) that we found some of the tree roots from the original job had not been removed. We called DR Barlow & Sons and explained the situation. They were super responsive and they came within a week to remove the roots that remained from the original tree removal. I am very impressed by their responsiveness and customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Dale and his crew were terrific. They arrived early and helped us clear some items from the yard before they got to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the yard before they left. I was worried about the complications of taking down five trees at once but Dale absolutely simplified the process. He knows his business.

Everything went OK.

Very responsive to any call. When they set a date, that is the date they show. If there is a weather delay, they will reschedule you, not just come out the next day.

They were prompt. At first they said they were a week and a half out from the job. They called a few days later and said they could do it that day would I mind. I was very happy with the whole situation.

The team was fabulous! They were here on time, and worked feverishly until the job (6 HUGE trees) was done. Very knowledgeable, very professional. FANTASTIC clean-up job. A great value! I will definitely use them again, and would recommend them.

I couldn't properly evaluate the quality of the work because unfortunately our tree removal could not be completed due to some angry bees whose nest was disturbed when the first branches were removed. Even though he was stung, Dale was wonderful. We agreed to postpone the service until the fall, and we were not charged. I was impressed by the honesty, friendliness and professionalism of this company. I look forward to completing the job with them. Based on what happened, which was no fault of theirs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
