We have been using them for about a year. They come out quarterly. They do a good job.

If you call them and there is a problem they come and take care of it quickly. They take care of bees, ants, and mice or whatever. I don’t think they were affordable. They always come whenever they say they are going to come, I never wait.

I’ve always been satisfied with them. The technician that come out are just great. You always get the same guy. I find them very trustworthy. I have to be at work and I leave the door unlocked for the technician. They hire good people. They explain things if you have questions and the technicians are very knowledgeable. If I have a problem they come right out.

They will come out in between if there are any problems, at no charge. I have used them for 20 years and they are wonderful.

They come out once a quarter or if needed. It is $40-$45 a month. I never had any termite problem, I used them for what I needed them for and they were wonderful. I have no idea about the price because I have not compared it to anything else and everything is too expensive now. The technician who comes out is wonderful. I love the technician, and I give him a high grading.

We have a contract with them. They do a good job. They come when I need them no matter how many times I call.

They used chemicals to get the nest out for us. I like the fact that they got here and took care of business. They only thing I didn't like was the price, but....I didn't know how to do it, and the person from this company did know, and he took care of them for us. It was a really big nest, and they got to be a pest. We couldn't go out to our deck because they took it over, and we couldn't let that happen. JC Ehrlich took care of it for us, and we will continue to use their services in the future if necessary.

We use them at two places. We have never had a problem. If they find something, they come right back. They always come at the time they are supposed to.

They were able to set traps, and found area's where they may be entering, and plugged everything up. They seemed to have resolved the issue. They came out in a timely matter, and even came out to follow up to make sure everything was ok. They also had reasonable prices.

I run a condominium complex, and I am the president of the home owner’s association, so I use to collect all the vendors. We use them twice every year. They have not yet done our screen treatment, and they do it every spring and fall, so they will be doing it soon. I pay $640 per treatment for thirty two town houses. My experience with them has been totally fine. Once I train a vendor we deal with them primarily via email, and I got them in that loop. They need to give us a one week’s advance notice, so that I can get all the home owners to make sure that their windows are shut and all their property inside that they don’t want to be sprayed as well. They have always done absolutely everything they said they would do. They have completed their job when they said they would, and as they said they would do it. I would rate them highly, and I would continue to use them in the future.

They gave me a 30 day warranty. The price wasn't bad. They came out within a week. They broke a picture frame and left some glass on a bed. They picked up some of it but they should have let me know because I talked to them afterwards. I have a contract with them and they will come out every two months.

We have a service contract with them and they come out 3 times a year. We've had the same service person the whole time and he is excellent. He has his routine and he goes through the same routine every time he comes. If he notices anything unusual he takes care of it. If we have a problem any other time, such as a wasp nest, they come out and take care of it at no extra charge. They are pretty expensive. They raise their rates every year. We will continue to use them.

I like them a lot. They even come whenever you call them for free if you have the service plan. They come when they are scheduled to come. They are responsive.

I do like my pest control company a lot. They always show up like they are supposed to. That is never any issue with them at all. I also feel okay about what I am paying. I have no problems with them at all.
