I selected Pejey's because they were close to my home, had outstanding ratings and the Badge of Happiness on Angie's List.
I walked in on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. After providing my VIN number, my options for the materials were clearly explained, with all the pros & cons including pricing. 
Within 15 minutes I had a free estimate on my repair, with parts ordered and deposit made.
The plan is to have the vehicle part painted in advance, so that the time my car is in the shop will be minimal. All that remains is for the parts to arrive and to schedule the installation.
This is a busy, well organized shop, with friendly and efficient office staff that clearly values customer service.
So far working with Pejey's Auto Body has been a pleasure!

WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!
I made an appointment with Pejey's approximately one month ago for some damage sustained to the front bumper and engine splash shield of my car. The estimate was for $685 and change. Price seemed alright, and they told me I could drop it off on Monday and pick it up on Wednesday. They even sent me an email confirming a Monday-Wednesday appointment.
After making the appropriate arrangements for rides to and from work for those three days, I dropped my car off last Sunday night. I heard nothing from them Monday. Nothing on Tuesday. No updates, no review of the work being performed, nothing. On Wednesday, I started getting nervous. I called them mid-morning to find out what time I could pick up my car. They told me the car wouldn't be ready that day. The order they had placed for my front bumper had accidentally been cancelled and the part wouldn't be in until the next day. The girl at the front desk giggled a little while she told me the story, but she assured me that it should be ready at the end of the day on Thursday.
I scrambled to find a ride home from work on Wednesday and into work on Thursday morning. Thinking the car would be ready Thursday night, my boyfriend made arrangements for a ride over to Pejey's Thursday after he finished work. I was scheduled to work late Thursday night, but with my boyfriend picking up my car, he could give me a ride home.
Thursday morning I called Pejey's to confirm my car would be ready that day. I was told that they were "slammed", and it wouldn't be ready Thursday either. It would probably be ready on Friday morning.
At that point, I was p*****. Not because the car wasn't ready in three days, but because no one bothered to notify me about changes in the schedule AND didn't even bother to apologize about it. I was unable to work Thursday evening because I couldn't find anyone available to give me a ride home. That cost me $75. Plus I had to pay $20 in gas money for rides.
So I called them at about 5:30p before they closed for the day to confirm that it would be ready the next morning. They told me that it wouldn't but they thought it 
should be ready around lunch time on Friday.
I was fed up. I asked Pejey's to take $100 off of my bill because their inability to communicate cost me about that much money. If I had been notified in appropriate amounts of time of the scheduling delays, I could have made other arrangements. BUT I had to contact them for any kind of update on my car. The woman in charge of the office, Kathy, stated that she would have to speak to her brother, but would call me back the next morning.
This morning, Friday, no one contacted me. I called them around 11:30a to see if it would be ready. They said that it should be ready at 2p. I called at 2p, they needed another 45 min. I told them that I was on my way and would be there in 30 min. I didn't care if the car was washed or cleaned out on the inside. I just needed it back.
I get to the office and they provide me with a bill of $700. I ask if that was with the $100 discount that we had discussed. Kathy, the woman in charge of the office, said no, and disappeared to speak with her brother. She comes back with her brother who is IMMEDIATELY belligerent. He invades my personal space and demands that I explain why I want the discount. I calmly explain that their lack of communication cost me $75 in work hours missed and $20 in gas money paid for rides. I offer $95 instead of $100.
He raises his voice and says that it was an estimate, not a definite timeline. I explain that the delay would not have been as big of an issue if someone had contacted me about the delays when they knew about them. He told Kathy, the lady in charge of the office, to call the cops. He would let them deal with it. I told him that I didn't have time to deal with a police report and that I would contact a lawyer. 
He then said, "Well I have a corporate lawyer." to which I replied, "That's great." He also told me to "Lose our number. Don't ever come back here," in an incredibly threatening manner, and stormed out. I paid the bill and left, and am now in the process of contacting a lawyer and my credit card company to dispute the charge.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

"Unfortunately what happened to [member name] is almost accurate. yes her parts were delayed because our jobber cancelled the order without telling us. I had apologized to [member name] for this delay but I don't feel that I should reimburse for missed work or gas. I had offered her $20.00 discount but she refused. Unfortunately the repair industry is never guaranteed for time frame. I have a new girl that I just hired and I admit communication was lacking in this case, for that I am truly sorry. but I don't feel I should reimburse her for work missed and gas, that's part of being without your vehicle, [member name] should have rented a car."

I would recommend Pejey's very highly.  They did a quick estimate for me, which was significantly better (lower) than others I had gotten.  Set the appointment, got the materials, and did the work perfectly well....no problems.  They promised the car would be ready  in 3 days and it was ready in 2.  Very pleasant staff and professional.  Good place to go for auto body repairs!  All thumbs up!

Went smoothly start to finish. Stopped by and received a quote that was $300.00 less then several other places I went to. They walked us through what needed to be done. No games. Dropped the car off Tuesday night and picked it up Friday. Looked great.

I accidentally scratched a friends car. Pejey's Auto Body Inc fixed the scratch. Their quote was 2 or $300 cheaper than the next person. My friend was happy with the work that they did. My friend said that it was a nice family owned place and they did good work. It was a scratch and my friend would have ignored it but it was a leased car. I think they did the job in three days. I would use them again.
