Woo Hoo! My house is spotless just a couple of days before long term guests arrive! We live in a 2,000 sf house that was built in the 1840's, so we have 18 inch window sills. They cleaned ALL windows, window sills, baseboards, floors, scrubbed bathroom, kitchen including burners, and furniture. This was my first time having a cleaner and they were so reasonable that I might have them on a monthly basis. Great service, lovely people.

They went about their businesss and left me to mine. No problems.

I rated the service with a "B" because the windows were poorly cleaned and look worse than when the team started, but my house was spotless. I was very impressed with the effort that Aline and her team put forth. Unfortunately, I have not heard from them since.

Julietta and her team came into our house in the morning and worked all day cleaning. It had not be deep cleaned in a long time, and the process of moving furniture,repairing walls , pulling things out of closets and throwing away 25 years accumulated stuff had stirred up dust everywhere. By the time they left, the house was shining, and it smelled wonderful. I had asked her to come back every two weeks while the house was on the market. Partly do to her great assistance, it was under contract after the first day! So, I haven't needed her help. I hope to get her to come help me in my new house when we have finally moved completely. Julietta doesn't speak english very well but she has a translator, and we were able to communicated well. She's also not cheap, but your house will be clean!!

they did a thorough inspection prior to giving the quote, to see how dirty the house was and how long it would take to clean ... it really saved us a lot of time and headache to have the house in truly move-in condition when we moved all of our stuff in ... it would have taken my wife and I at least a full day of work to do, which we didn't have, so $350 was a fair price to us

J and L arrived to clean the home. They cleaned areas that had not been touched since the home was purchased three years ago. My family was very impressed with their promptness and thoroughness of the cleaning. The home was immaculate when my family returned from work. They are very happy with the service. I will continue to use them for cleaning.

My favorite moment of the month is walking into our house for the first time after they clean. It smells wonderful and sparkles top to bottom! Julieta and her crew really know what they are doing. I have used other cleaning services before but nothing compares. They clean all surfaces, including sills and shelves. The only drawbacks are that they are very busy so scheduling with them can be difficult. Also, Julieta doesn't speak English fluently so she works through a translator. However, it's a small price to pay for a spotless house, trustworthy workers, and efficient service. Honestly, I'd rather pay Julieta to clean my house than go to the spa for a massage-- her work is just as therapeutic!

Pretty bad. They arrived only a few minutes late on a Saturday morning at 8. Three young women, only one of which seemed to speak any English, and even that was pretty minimal. This was a surprise since I found the company on Angie's List which reported that there would be 3 cleaners, a man, his wife and their daughter. They have apparently started outsourcing. I was expecting them to clean my fridge (part of the initial "deep cleaning" according to the Angie's List postings I read), but they did not. The most disturbing part of the experience was that they BROKE three things: 1) the grill under the fridge was ripped off and had to be super glued 2) the mini blinds in the bathroom will have to be replaced 3) the sliding shower door track was ripped off of the shower body. So I realize that things happen and things get broken, but no one said anything to us about any of the mishaps.

They made time for us in their full schedule and arrived when they said they would and did a fine job. The price was very reasonable, and I gave them a tip for staying late to finish everything.

Arrived on time and did a thorough job. I have had other cleaning services before, and this is by far the best deep cleaning job that I have ever had done. I intend to follow through with monthly cleaning, and hope that I will be just as satisfied. I find that I am usually satisfied with the deep cleaning services I receive, but once I get to the maintenance cleaning, the job is not up to par. I am hoping that J and L will be different in that respect. I will check back in and let you know.

I was very impressed overall. The only snafu was that I thought they were going to arrive at noon and did not show up until 2:15, which messed up my schedule a little bit.

They came from a distance and they did it with no hesitation. They were very thorough and even did a little extra at no charge. They even gave a courteous call back to make sure everything was okay.

They did a great job; they were very thorough. Three of them worked approximately 7 each hours on the job. One issue is that they speak almost no English, so it is very difficult to give them special instructions or other communications. They just show up and start to work.

The first cleaning by J and L was an intensive, heavy cleaning that cost $200. Julietta and Ashley did an INCREDIBLE JOB. Thereafter, I pay $100 every other week. It is a pleasure to come home to my house; the cleaning is not a "surface" cleaning. My home is clean. I love the extra touches with specially folder toilet paper and towels. While English is not Julietta's first language, she is such a lovely person and has English speaking employees/friends who have been able to handle my questions/requests of schedule changes.

They called me back quickly and a team member came to my house quickly to give me an estimate (ranch house - three bedroom). I have a full-time job and a 19 month old, plus a mother with dementia so I have NO time to clean and my house was dirty. I did clear all surfaces as much as possible so they could get at the house to clean it. They called the night before to make sure we were still scheduled. When they came to do the service they did a beautiful job. We are delighted. They will continue to do a fortnight maintenance.

They do more then I ever expected them to do. They cleaned under rugs, make the bed change the sheets and they even scrubbed the pot rack above the stove top.

The two women who came to clean, were prompt and thorough. They remove their shoes to clean, let me know if they need anything, and get right to work. For the ''deep cleaning,'' they even removed everything in the refrigerator and cleaned it! We have had them clean three times, and we are very pleased with the results.

Wonderful job. Will hire again for new house!

The representative was very professional and thorough when she made her estimate, which was very reasonable.They quoted $180.00 for the first visit and $100 for subsequent visits. We considered this quite reasonable, based on previous experience and on the amount of work. The representative (Aline) arrived on time with a coworker on the assigned day. They cleaned everything, including the walls. They even neatened up. They were impressive. I hope they continue to provide the same level of quality during subsequent cleanings.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT. ALTHOUGH THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, THEY HAD GRASPED ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME. THEY WORK WITH AN INTERPRETER AND WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE WITHOUT BEING ASKED OR TOLD. THEY WERE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH AND WERE VERY NICE TO MY DOG. A CRAZY COMMENT, BUT IT IS NICE TO KNOW THEY WERE NOT BOTHERED BY OUR PET. I HAVE HAD 2 OTHER CLEANING SERVICES AND THEY CANNOT HOLD A CANDLE TO THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS A THREE PERSON GROUP, ALWAYS FOR MY HOUSE, IT IS THE SAME GROUP: OWNER, HER DAUGHTER, AND ONE OTHER NICE LADY. THEY ARE FROM BRAZIL SO THEY COME FIRST WITH A VERY NICE LADY WHO INTEPRETS FOR THEM SO THAT THEY CAN GIVE YOU THE BID SO THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM COMMUNICATING AS THE DAUGHTER SPEAK ENGLISH. EACH TIME I LEFT A MESSAGE, I ALWAYS RECEIVED A CALL BACK THAT NIGHT FROM THEIR INTERPRETER. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND POLITE AND FOR THE SIZE OF MY HOUSE AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK REASONABLY PRICED. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS.
