Description of Work: I had two large wool rugs cleaned and deodorized. In addition to cost of cleaning the rugs, there is a small cost for rolling the rugs up for removal and to lay them back down. Both rugs were very dirty and were returned looking very good. Fringes were white again! You can call the morning of service to get a small time frame for pick-up and delivery. There is a turn around time of one week. The workers who handled the rugs were very professional and made the handling of these heavy rugs look very easy.

Pick up was on area schedule, two days a week in my area, and appointment given Am or Pm, with greater specificity the day of appointment. Drivers were pros and courteous. Description of Work: They picked up a 6 by 9 oriental handmade rug; cleaned it; and delivered the rug on time. The cost was reasonable. We asked them to cut a pad for the rug. The pad appeared on the original order but was somehow forgotten. We were not charged for the pad. We will likely re-order the pad coincidental to the next rug we have cleaned.

Description of Work: Picked up, cleaned and delivered 3 carpets, one pretty large (about 12'x15'), carried them down and back up one flight of stairs. There was still a slight whiff of cat urine when they got back, but cat urine is tough. They didn't smell nearly as bad as before they were cleaned. My main complaint would be that they didn't have any flexibility about pick up and delivery, making it necessary for me to take 2 days off from work for pick up and delivery.

Description of Work: We have two oriental rugs - one that is pretty old, as I inherited it from my parents - and the other one we purchased ourselves. We were having our floors done and so we wanted to have the rugs cleaned in tandem with the floor refinishing. This company picked up our rugs and they were willing to keep them beyond the time that we had the floors finished. The job was done well. Our rugs look like new.

Description of Work: I had both a 9x12 and a 6x9 Persian rug to be cleaned and deodorized. I've used Zakian before and will continue to use them again. Both of these rugs are hand made and of very good quality. My cats used the larger one for a cat box so the smell was pretty bad by the time I discovered it. The rugs were picked up on the 14th to be returned on the 28 since they only come to my town on Tuesdays and I had to work on the 21st. It turned out that I would be off to take delivery on the 21st so called on the 20th. Both rugs were finished and delivered to me a week early. Yes, I will definately use them again.
