They are okay. They do what they say they will. I haven’t had to use it yet, but they have been good so far.

Their service saved my sisters life. Her hip broke and had she not had it, I don’t know what would have happened. Not only did they have the one bracelet for her, but they provided two of them so she has extras to put around the house. They provide a wonderful service by providing a security option on the door. If medical personnel are called out, they can enter a code, and a key will come out so they can get in the house.

So far, everything has been good and they have been easy to work with. I've made sure the equipment works, though I haven't had to use it yet.

They hooked everything up last week. They seem like a pretty good company and I think everything will work out fine.

I call them once a month to check and see if the system is working. It wasn't working properly about two or three months into it. Therefore, I called them and they talked me through it and everything has been fine since.

I was not very happy with them at all. I ended up sending the whole system back. The alarms that they have are huge. It was not something that my mother could use easily. My parents are very elderly at this point, and it was just too difficult for them to try to use. I never really got an opportunity to use them. As soon as I realized that they were not going to be able to handle the devices, I just packed it up and sent it back. They were very nice when I called and told them that I was sending it back. I told them that it wasn’t going to work for us. They gave me no hassle over it. They gave me the address to ship the box back. That part of the transaction was absolutely fine. The price seemed to be consistent with the other similar equipment providers. I had a problem with the quality. It worked fine for other people; it just didn’t work for us. If their product were more in line with my need, I would use them again in the future.

It is going okay with them. I accidentally hit on the button once, they came out, and I didn’t even know they were coming out. That was the first experience I had with them, my daughter came and told me the people were out there, that I pushed the button and I told her I don’t recall pushing the button. It was a positive experience because if it had been serious, they would have been right there. They didn’t charge me because it was an accident.

I have tests once a month. I prepay for the service. It is seamless and there is no trouble. I know it works because of the tests but I've never had to use it.

It has worked out well. We haven't had any emergencies where we needed it. We do the tests from time to time to make sure it works. We had it moved from one state to another and they handled that easily without any problems. I paid it upfront for a year. Their price is a little high. I would recommend them.

They were ok, even though I haven't had any contact from them since we bought it. When they were trying to sell us the item, they would call 2-3 times a day. Again, they haven't called since. I even sent an e-mail to the rep, who said they were my rep. I also called customer service to see when we would get the equipment. We finally got the equipment but it didn't get here until 10 days after we ordered it. The equipment itself seems to be ok even though we haven’t hooked it up.

They did very well as far as getting the equipment to us, I just haven’t used the equipment yet.

So far it’s good. As far as getting it set up and getting it here, it was pretty easy. We have no complaints.

The product is fine. It was delivered as promised and everything else went good.
