The company owner, Andre Stevenson, came out to estimate the job. He showed up on time and was very professional as he evaluated the project. Mr. Stevenson responded to all of my questions about availability, pricing and how he would tackle the job. It was very clear that as the company owner, Mr. Stevenson has a very high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. He understands that a job well done will drive repeat business. As soon as the evaluation was completed, I knew I was going to engage him for the project. I was preparing a 2400 SF home for rental and wanted to ensure it was in perfect move in condition. One of the key features of the property is all of the natural light from 28 windows...except they were all DIRTY! Mr. Stevenson assured me he would get all of the windows sparkling on the inside AND outside. He showed me how he would open the windows inward to get to the outside surface. In addition, he explained the tracks would also be thoroughly cleaned. He and his team did a spectacular job in removing years of dirt! I will ABSOLUTELY call him again because he was responsive, set an appointment very promptly and delivered quality work. This is a company that can be trusted!

Well done quick and effecient

Andre and his workers were professional, polite and thorough. Had to get my windows clean in a short period of time, but he made it work and made the windows sparkling for my open house. In addition, I needed a high ceiling fan as well as a basement (that smelled of cat) cleaned. Andre made time in his schedule to come back the next evening to help me out. Basement sparkling and smelling clean! Will definitely keep his number on my phone to use again and pass on to others. Generally, it is difficult to find a business that is reliable, does an excellent job, and provides great cutomer service. Master Cleaning does all incredibly well! Highly recommended!
