i hired ellie after an online search b/c of the reviews she had. I hired her to go to my son's dorm room b/c he could not move from all the clutter. I had a good feeling about ellie as soon as we spoke and i described the situation. she was more than confident she could do it and do it fast. my son sent me a picture later that day of his sparkling dorm room w/the title: "LIFE SAVER" - I called Ellie to thank her and she really is that rare human being where goodness, kindness & excellence in her work all come together. If only we clone folks like that.

The ladies arrived on time and immediately went to work. I've used several services in the past, and comparatively, they did a good job. My only complaint, is that they broke one of my candles. i've dismissed services in the past for breaking things. I might give this one more chance.

Ellie contacted me immediately. She came with two others to clean the house and did a great job. I am really picky but they were great. Cleaned surbases, bath cabinets, moved things to clean! Great!

They started off fine. However, the last couple of months have been terrible. They broke things in my house. When I had them pay for it they left my house filthy and made fun of me. They broke a light bulb, cleaned up the glass from the floor and left the large glass shards in the lamp. If my children had put hand in to turn on light, they could have been badly injured. DO NOT USE! They do a bad job, hide things they break, and are going to injure someone.

Ellie came the week before the project began and did a "walk-through". The next week, right on schedule, the crew came on time. Ellie stayed with them at the beginning bur left after she was sure they could continue. When I came home that night the house was cleaned perfectly. ABSOLUTELY the BEST cleaning service and the best value. I have had cleaning services in the past that were more expensive and did not clean as well.

first time i hired a service,they did a great job moved furniture cleaned the baseboards,bathrooms shiny and bright.kitchen spotless.when i got home i could smell clean from the outside with the screens in

my only problem was their promptness...they were over an hour late getting to my house which inconvenienced me a little. Although, they did an awesome job cleaning my house. I was very pleased with the results.
