Bill Keown Pointing

I hired Bill for stone pointing repair about 4 years ago and again in August 2024 for brick pointing repair. I cannot speak more highly regarding his work on both occasions. He takes time to explain what he would be doing. He did the stone pointing in stages to make sure that I would be satisfied with the finished work. He provided different options and their respective prices with the pros and cons. I had other contractors give me estimates before I met Bil, none of whom took time to explain specifically what they would be doing and all my options. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. Bill actually performed extra work at no additional charge in areas which, as a layperson, I was unaware needed attention. You can trust this man.!

First, he actually showed up for the estimate.. was very upfront and seemingly honest.. a very reasonable quote.. told me he was scheduling 2-3 weeks out, but then was able to get me in on a Sunday. Showed up on time, and asked for my satisfaction throughout the process. Would definitely use his services again

Bill rebuilt/repaired a brick wall for me and did some mortar work on my house. It would've taken him 2 days, but I asked for him to make some changes and he happily came back a 3rd day. There isn't a nicer or more fair mason in Philadelphia. 10/10 will use again!
