I can only say that work was first class, they showed up when they said they would, Anthony worked the whole job mostly without a break. Everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Very friendly. If I have another job to be done I would call bill again.

I was placed in quite the predicament when the original Brick Pointers (Bonlla's Masonry) I hired cut out my entire back house out and then disappeared with my $ never to return. My house was at risk of collapse due to missing mortar and about 15 bricks taken out and off the top of the house. it was a nightmare. About 2 weeks after I was ditched I looked into HOMEADVISOR as seen on TV. This is where i found Bill. He is a great Pointer and so are his guys. He is fair to both his customers and his employees. Mr. Keown is a Decent Man with Decent Values. You would love the choice you made if you choose him. The weather will let you down before he does. If need be I would definitely hire him again and again. Thanks Crew!!! And sorry all this happened in the coldest of days. You all are troopers!

Bill was very courteous and respectful. He was on time and kept in contact with me whenever there was a change in schedule. He caulked a joint along the side of my house in the back. He did a good job. I would recommend him gladly.

I contracted Bill because of an issue I had with some crumbling mortar in the stonework of my house. Birds were getting in, and that was my concern. Bill did a very comprehensive job tucking and pointing all of the stonework around my entire house. In addition Bill repaired a few areas where some face stone has fallen from the house. The end result is that Bill exceeded my expectations, and made my whole house look much better. Very pleased with the appearance of the work, and no more worry about birds getting in either.

Bill Keown did a great job on repairing my chimney. Bill returned my call the same day and we setup a time to review the job. He gave me a quote and he let me know that he would give me a call when the weather was ok to perform the work. Bill and his helper grinded out the old mortar and replaced it with new mortar. The chimney looks really good and with the work they did I realized that the repair was long over due. They also took care to cover the chimney with plastic due to possibly of rain later and came back the next day to finish up. Bill also did some minor repairs to a few spots that were missing mortar around the brick part of the house. Bill is a respectful, no-nonsense person and the price for the job was reasonable. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
