Bill Keown Pointing

He started the job at 8:00 A.M. Sat. morning and finished before 11:00 A.M. and charged $750.00 for a little clear caulking on some cracked bricks and pointing on some missing grout on several spots between the bricks and cracked mortar along the steps and landing.

In addition to spot pointing brick, they did repointing around old stone at the base of chimney. Normally when you see this on homes, it looks chunky and unnatural. They really made it look great, contouring the mortar to look natural.

Bill came to look at the work to be done on my chimney and gave me a quote, explaining everything that he would do, and how long it would take to accomplish. He arrived on time, and cleaned up before he left every day. I found Bill to be very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. His work is of the highest caliber, and I would recommend him highly.

Bill was prompt and friendly. Executed job with percision, high quality work. Would definately use again. Price was fair as well.

I have to rely on faith for this project. The biggest problem area was too close to my roof (18 feet high), and behind the downspout box for me to see personally. However, Bill did show me the empty spaces behind the rest of the downspout further down the wall (all of which were left open by a previous company that I hired to point all of my walls six years ago). I felt that the pricing was a little high, but I needed the job done quickly & he fit mine in on a Sunday just a day and a half after he assessed the situation. So, Bill (& Victor) is responsive, timely, considerate, & professional.

i Had to have an area of bricks pointed on my dads house. I live 45 minutes away so it is hard for me to get down at times when work has to be done on his home. That being said it was not a problem working it out with Bill. I never spoke to him or saw him in person everything was done via text and that worked out perfectly for me and I guess for Bill too. He was there when he said he would be there to do the estimate. I found the estimate to be a fair price. He came and did the job a couple days after he did the estimate and completed the job. He met my dad and was on his way. The work was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

Bill Keown and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park on home repairs! Bill worked diligently on my home repairs while I was out of the country for business. Despite the inclimate weather Bill was able to make all the repairs before my arrival back into the United States. The job was very well done and they cleaned up the areas they worked on.
