Bill responded to my request for an estimate within one day and was professional. I needed brick pointing, interior wall repair, new closet, windows, and a steel replacement door. Bill and his crew did an exceptional job and worked in wind, rain, and cold to get the work completed within one month. My husband and I were kept informed of the progress and asked to examine each process as the job moved along. I have a new respect for true contractors and the hard work they do because of my experience with Bill. He is truly talented and I will look him up again for future projects.

Bill did a beautiful job after the weather broke, despite some bad weather he managed to get the job done as my wife and I asked him to do. He brick pointed the full front of my home, also removed a 18,000 air condition unit from our front wall and sealed the cavity, since in future we will be installing centrai air. Bill was a real gentleman, a pleasure to have working on my property, it took a while for work to begin, his price was very reasonable, fair, he was worth to wait for. He did exactly what we were looking for, I wouldnt hesitate to call on him and his men in the future, highly recommend him.

Bill was everything we could ask for in a contractor - honest, fair, hard working, diligent, and an expert craftsman. We did not have a big job (just one face of a small rowhouse) but Bill was on site working every day. He took both pride and ownership of his work and we couldn't be happier with the result. Beyond his work, Bill was also a pleasure to deal with. He was always willing to answer our questions and would routinely call me to give me a progress update on the work. Bill showed up on time, did an excellent job, and the price was more than fair. Sometimes when hiring a contractor you have to worry about them not cleaning up after themselves but Bill cleaned the area thoroughly before leaving.

After contacting Bill Keown by phone he was out on the job site sooner than I would have expected. He was polite, professional & educated in his field. His bid came in the lowest, however, this is not why we chose him. He was informative & offered us a few different options on the repair which allowed us to make a better decision that saved us money in the long run. Bill responded quickly to my initial call. He came out right away to give an estimate. He came over wtih two other men a few days later to do the job on a Sunday no less. His cost appeared reasonable and he showed me the work he completed prior to leaving the job. I would recommend him highly and will have him back the next time I need masonary work.

bill advised us of a problem with the roof when he started to finish the work on the back of the house. we had the roof repaired & bill returned to finished the job on the back of the house. i felt he was honest with us because some contractors would not advise people if problems come up while doing the job they were hired to do & just continue to their job.
