Bill Keown is the consummate professional: prompt, accurate, highly skilled and able to explain the project clearly. He has excellent co-workers and left the job site far neater than it was when he arrived. He minimalized dust, dirt and interruptions and finished the job when he said he would.

If you are looking for a contractor who is honest, reliable, fair, and takes pride in his craftsmanship- Bill is the man for the job. Bill demonstrated a lot of respect for us as customers- he patiently answered questions; explained steps of the process (including timeline); and treated our property as if it was his own (cleaning up thoroughly after each day's work). Bill was excellent. I'm sure my job was not a ideal one for him and our schedules did not match up right away but he stuck in there and was prompt and professional each time he came out. I had a small chimey patch job for a rental property so finding a contractor to take on a small job was half the battle. Bill stepped up though. He made two trips, did great work, and had the job completed very timely. He was very reasonable with the price and worked with my budget. Bill, was very up front and professional. Cleaned up after himself everyday he was at the house. You would have never known he was there. The work he completed was perfect!
