Bill was great! He answered all the questions that we had. He was always on time and finished the work in two days. He left the area clean when he was finished. The end product looks great! I would definitely hire him again.

Bill completely repointed one entire wall of the house and the chimney stack, and made numerous repairs to bad spots on the other walls - exactly as I had requested. His crew was extremely careful around plantings and patio area, and left the area spotless. An excellent value and all-over good experience. I would recommend Bill highly!

The day before my project was to start Bill experienced auto problems with his work truck, he called me to explain his situation and apologized ensuring me that he would be able to start my project on Sunday. He started on tSunday as promised and also showed me his auto repair receipt as verification of his auto repair, I greatly appreciated him showing his auto receipt. Bill was very professional, polite, on time and performed quaility work. He is definitely on my list of contractors that I would use again and recommend to others.

Bill called me shortly after submitting my project and came out to give me an estimate the same night. Bill was the only contractor who wanted to do the job the way I wanted it done so it was a no brainer. His bid was reasonable and he was very responsive and easy to work with. Since we had a week of very nice weather he and his crew did my job in the evenings (4-7 PM) after their other jobs. They worked hard and each night they left the property looking like they were never there. They took care to cover my garden to protect from the dust, which they kept to a minimum. I would (and already have) highly recommend Bill Keown.
