Horribly. By her reviews you think it would go awesome. Wrong. She is a very kind person as well as her husband, but the cleaning I paid for was not acceptable. She did come back and fix some of the stuff that was wrong which made me feel awesome about having her biweekly services, but then she NEVER called me to set up my biweekly appointment which she also told me she would take $75 off for the previous inconvenience. Very disappointing considering the reviews were amazing.

These ladies were fantastic! Very easy to contact, coordinate times and needs with and they enjoy pets. They were giving our two cats lots of attention and working around them. Professional and courteous, we are looking to keep this company on a recurring schedule!

Kristina was great! My condo was sold and it needed to have the “move out cleaning “ done. She even did it on a Sat morning to accommodate me! When I met her there to do the walk through, it was spotless. I would definitely refer her to any one who needs the work done. I am moving out of state but if I stayed in this area, I would use her again. Grade A all around.

Snowqueen Cleaning team did a great job. Kristina and her team arrived on time and cleaned 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dozen windows plus outer storm windows and more. Because we were getting ready to move in, I also asked if they could clean the stove and refrigerator as well as wipe down the cabinets inside and out. It was a big job but the price was reasonable. (I especially liked being able to use Zelle to transfer the payment instantly. ) Thanks so much Snowqueen Cleaning team!

Krystina and her coworker Annalisa arrived on time and ready to go! Our house needed a move out cleaning between tenants which was difficult due to tight time constraints and coordination. Snowqueen cleaning communicated in a timely manner and was able to clean our home- including our MANY windows- extremely adequately. They both took the time neccessary to make sure all the big and tiny details were taken care of. Would definitely reccomend and use again.
