My bathroom was in bad shape and needed to be gutted. When I called Nessim Renovations Eric was quick to respond and very informative about what needed to happen. Manny and his crew came to do the work. They were very respectful ,detailed oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Manny communicated with me throughout the process so I got both what was needed and what I wanted. Very happy with the outcome. Great job, I love my new bathroom. Thank you so much.

Deck project 2 to 3 years ago. When warpage occurred was told to get a handyman to fix it as he was too busy. You are on your own after the final payment has been made.

Ericâ s crew replaced aging upper & lower wood deck with TREX composite; new joists, posts, & faschia. Removed all debris. Worked hard and well together, very professionally executed. No more tripping on loose boards, sealing wood, worrying about it! That side of 55+ house looks years younger! Very pleased with added safety and updated look. Our three decks were in a dangerous state, so we hired Nessim Renovations to replace them. What a huge difference in the appearance of the house. Eric (the owner) was responsive and professional from the get-go. Very easy to work with. His crew was professional and polite. They did solid work, quickly. We had a minor issue (manufacturerâ s defect) after completion, and someone was there quickly to replace it. Overall, very happy with the final product and would definitely hire again for other projects!

Nessim Renovations did an excellent job rebuilding our deck. Their professionalism, knowledge and hard work was welcoming. I would and already have recommended them to others! Eric, Josh and the entire team were very responsive and communicated through the entire process.

I am still in the process of my deck renovation. Everything is going as planned and I can discuss any concerns that I may have. My questions are answered and explained. I am very much loving what I see so far. Eric is very professional and is genuine in making sure you are satisfied with your project. He is on top of everything. I find him a person you can trust and that is hard to find now a day! Josh, the Foreman, is extremely professional and truly knows his stuff!!! The quality of the workmanship is amazing. You can see that he truly takes pride in his work and is a true craftsman. There is another gentleman and lady in the crew which are also professional. I can hardly wait to see the final product.

Eric was very responsive (less than 24 hours) about a repair job on exterior stairs. He was on site in the morning and quickly identified the problem. By the end of the day, the work was done. I will definitely consider this business the next time I have a bigger project.

This was a nightmare hired him to remodel my bathroom set a price paid him more than half of the money as we went with the balance due upon completion he never completed the job the work was shotty things were damaged my house was damaged and less damage he demanded the money and I told him I would pay him upon completion so he sued me this man ruined my house please consider not hiring him he is not what he seems feel free to contact me i will be glad to show you picture currently of how he left my house...also got no permits or inspection... was without a shower or a toilet for 2 weeks..

Eric was very easy to work with because he communicated often and well. His team led by Josh(Foreman) was punctual, informative and didnâ t cut any corners. Josh in particular was a strong leader who communicated often about details , obstacles and possible safety concerns. Ericâ s team was hard working and didnâ t stop until the job was done. Overall a very positive experience and I will be using Nessim Renovations again in the future!!

I would highly recommend Eric and his team for the demolition and renovation he recently completed at a family house in Glenside. They demolished a dilapidated garage and front porch and roof, removed asbestos shingles on the house, then remodeled them with a beautiful front porch and roof and more modern-looking vinyl siding. The cost of the work came in only 10% above estimate, which given the state of the economy was to be expected. Eric and his team were communicative throughout the life of the project, from when it began in November to when it was completed in February. More importantly, Eric was always professional, patient, caring, and flexible, as the scope of the project changed.

The guys were great--fast, nice work! They really cared about what they were doing and knew their stuff. They confidently completed the job on time and with great results.

After I damaged the support beams on my front porch causing the structure to partially collapse and pull away from the house, Eric Nessim was the only contractor willing and able to start repair immediately. His crew installed the necessary supports for the second floor which allowed for a total demolition of the front deck and porch. They laid out a detailed plan for the rebuilt deck/porch and allowed us to make a few customizations. They provided daily updates on their progress and next steps. Neighbors complemented the crew on their professionalism and daily clean up. They completed the job timely and on budget. The finished product is better than I could have imagined - absolutely the best looking porch on the block. I highly recommend Eric and his team.

The team did work to remediate damage done by water intrusion from a faulty replacement window installation. They worked efficiently cleaned up after themselves. However, the interior appearance of the work did not stand up to normal wear and tear. Just one year after the work was done, the window trim began warping and separating from the structure. While it does not appear to the naked eye that we would have water intrusion in the same part of the house twice in a row, that does not explain why the interior trim did not hold up, yet there are no problems with the interior trim in other parts of the home that they did not repair. Eric would not stand behind his teams work a year later. He offered nothing more than push back rather than trying to please an unhappy customer. He even told me, that anyone would think its ridiculous that you think its a contractors responsibility a year later to repair trim that they worked on.

This crew is fantastic, they were polite, professional and they do great work! The crew worked long days in order to finish the ceilings and paint three rooms in 4.5 days. My house looks great and I am happy.

Eric the owner and his men did a outstanding job. The price was the best I received and the job was done on time and the workmanship was first class. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Eric is very professional and scheduled our repair/paint job very quickly. As Jay and his crew started the job of painting and replacing rotted trim they found that it was a much bigger job than anticipated. Eric reassessed the job and the crew never missed a beat. Excellent, quality work. Thank you Eric and Jay! .....Amended review 4/04/2022 : I hired Eric on 11/2021. His work appeared to be good. 6 months later the rotted wood on my shed that he was supposed to replace was obviously painted over. The ceiling under the front porch did not have enough nails, it is now sagging. His response when I contacted him was that he is not responsible for the weather. The weather was not responsible for not anchoring the ceiling. He was nasty and condescending. One other note; this was not cheap. $16,000.00 and he wanted cash! I have plenty of pictures for anyone that wants proof.

Eric Nessim and his team provided a high quality composite deck. The workmanship is out standing. No detail was missed. My deck is the envy of my development. I highly recommend Nessim Renovations
