Moreover, besides being master carpenters and builders, they are friendly and helpful in recommendations and ready to work with the customer in any way they can. The end products of their work greatly exceeded our expectations. I would be remiss if I gave any less than a five-star recommendation.

Eric and company Jay, John to name a few replaced multiple decks, privacy walls at my home along with replacing a garage, The company also replaced/rebuild a deck, and stairs which provided an emergency exit from my house. They also worked on lighting all over my property. This company came on weekends cleaned up after finishing their work. I canâ t say enough great things about them. Always easy to get in touch with. Will hire them again in a nano second! Great Job!!!

Eric and his team worked hard long days to get my deck demolished and rebuilt - They answered all of my questions and did quality work - The end result is beautifully done - We definitely plan to use them again for future projects - All of the workers were down to earth, happy to interact with us while on the property, and skilled at their labor - I would highly suggest giving them your job

Eric and his team did a fantastic job on our basement remodel. His suggestions for this project aligned with what I was envisioning. I found him to be very detail oriented and it showed throughout the work. I enjoyed the process of going with him to choose the materials and design. The crew that worked on the job were also incredibly efficient. They were able to finish both the basement and small bathroom in eight days. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Julio who worked 8am-8pm relentlessly to get the job done. On the day the job was finished, Julio went with me and helped me load new furniture into the room. This was truly above and beyond. Nessim Renovations has very strong reviews on this site. Eric and his team did a fabulous job, were easy to work with, and listened to my concerns about budget, particularly because I had already paid a different contractor for a kitchen remodel that went horribly wrong and Nessim Renovations would need to fix. I contacted Eric to discuss several projects: a bathroom remodel, replacement of a back door, and the kitchen remodel. They were able to start within a week of hiring and worked with me every step of the way, answering questions, helping me pick out materials within my budget, etc. They arrived early and worked long hours as needed to complete the job. I highly recommend Nessim Renovations. I am thrilled with how everything turned out.

Very professional. I felt that he was working in my best interest when explaining the work and products they would be using to construct my deck. Finished the project in four days and I am quite happy with their work. They removed all the debris that accumulated. I liked their work so much I have decided to have them work on another project for me!

Eric Nessim did an incredible job for us with the rebuilding of our old deck. From the early planning, through design recommendations and especially through the construction he and his team were prompt, precise and very attentive to all details, large and small. We recently had a deck renovation by Nessim Renovations. Eric was very prompt to come out for an estimate and was able to start our project within a few days. He made some great suggestions, reasonably priced, and was able to do an awesome job within our budget. Eric and his team redid our entire bathroom(sink, toilet, fixtures, flooring, paint, fan,plumbing and tub.)They did a thorough and efficient job, definitely making our dollar stretch. They accommodated our vacation schedule to have 90% of it completed while we were gone. It definitely felt like they went the extra mile to do the job well and increase the likelihood of longevity for all that they replaced. The final product is beautiful and even better than we anticipated. Eric and his team were very down to earth, accessible & easy to work with, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a bathroom or deck renovation.

Eric and his team did a great job. Very up front about costs as we got estimates. He was clear about the timing when he'd and the crew would be out - got permits/inspections lined up with the township and did a really nice job with a full replacement of our old, wooden deck - expanding it (inclusive of installing new footers) and giving us more space. It came out great - looks beautiful - and his crew was great. Very friendly - and made extra efforts to clean up everything and that we were 100% satisfied with the work/project.

Very easy to talk too, listened to what you needed to get done. In estimating gave a very detailed information including the cost of each part of the project . When finish cleaned up and removed all debris.

Eric and his team did an excellent job on our kitchen wall repair job. We had a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling which caused water damage to the encasing soffit, surrounding drywall and door frame, which all had to torn out and replaced. Eric was responsive to my calls and texts, easy to work with and was able to work within the timeframe that we were looking for. His team of Josh and Christian came in and completed the job in a timely manner, were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Everything looks as good as new.
