Eric and his team were phenomenal. They transformed my unfinished basement into a beautiful home gym and with an office space addition. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and Eric was patient in understanding my end goal. He mapped out the entire process for me. His team was extremely professional and efficient and I love my new basement!

Nessim renovations redid our entire bathroom. The took our old one down to the studs and rebuilt it. They did a fantastic job with everything associated in the bathroom and we couldn't be happier. Nessim renovations was always on time and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would 100% hire them again to do more renovation work.

Nessim Renovations remodeled my 1969 kitchen in Gwynedd Club. I wish this site allowed me to show you the pictures. They knocked out a partition that used to serve as a breakfast bar. This made so much more room. They totally redid my plumbing, moving the sink to over in front of the window which is an incredible change and looks amazing. Recessed lighting was added in the kitchen and dining room, using LED lights which has lowered my electric bill quite a bit. They totally redid all of the cabinets to a white Shaker & a cost effective laminate that looks like granite. Eric, the owner, helped me pick out all of the appliances, which resulted in us getting a super deal on a refrigerator, microwave & range. As a result, we were able to afford a much better dishwasher. The crew was extremely professional. Work was started in a reasonable amount of time following the estimate and there were no delays. The owner, Eric, communicated with me throughout duration of the project & we were thrilled with the kitchen. We will be bringing Nessim Renovations back to do further remodeling on the laundry room, bathroom, as well as recessed lighting throughout the house. I give Nessim Renovations my highest recommendation & assure you that you will also be very pleased with the work performed.

There was good communication from beginning â til end. The renovated condo came out exactly as I hoped it would and at the price we agreed. Eric also made several suggestions that added special touches to each room!

Eric and his crew did a great job finishing a composite deck for me. They were always on time, cleaned up great, and even went to the store for me to pick up more boards when I miscalculated how many to order. The cuts and placement of the boards were very intricate and they did a great job. Definitely recommend!
