We were thrilled with Jeanette's work. A++. She visited us with color samples and was very professional on her first visit. Her price was also very competitive. She gave us an Angie's list discount and multi-room discount. All in all, it was about $400 less than the other quote I received from a competitor. She painted the bedrooms the first two days and true to her word, used No VOC paint, that emitted no smells (important since my wife is pregnant). And on the last two days, she painted our basement. It was a really clean job, very efficient. And the lines were just incredible (no mistakes). What really impressed me was that she left us receipts for the paint, so that we could see what see paid (who does that?). And we did need a small touch up for the baby's room, but Jeanette made it happen right away. Her team was a pleasure to work with. She also gave me a reference for a handyman since her team doesn't do decks. And I've already given her information to a friend. We'll be calling her again for future work!!

Jeanette was a pleasure to work with all the way around. Her cost estimate was very competitive especially with the 10% discount for Angie's list customers and her estimate of time it would take to complete the job was a day more than what it actually took. When she came out to estimate she also helped me select colors. Jeanette was on the job with her crew each day and they always cleaned up and were basically neat. We only ended up with a couple of stray spots of paint that she later needed to clean off of furniture and door handles. The crew was polite and professional and I didn't mind having them in my house. My only complaint was that the quality of the work was lacking with some molding edges and nail pops that were missed and edges bordering the paneling uneven. When I called Jeanette and told her about these issues she promptly returned with one of her guys to fix and touch up the problem areas. She even did a lot of extra touch up on the baseboards and ledges where my carpet installers had scraped up the new paint. Overall I would say my experience was "Very Good" and I would rate it a B+. I'd certainly use B & B Brushstrokes again but I would plan to pay more attention and inspect the quality of the job through the process.

8 rWe wanted to do a little painting before we moved into our new home and our original painter feel through. Jeanette really came to our rescue! She, and her crew, ended up painting around our movers, new furniture and our baby. Not only did they do an amazing job, they finished ahead of schedule too. We will absolutely be using them again.

Jeanette is a wonderful person to work with. We purchased our house and after doing our walk thru we felt that the house needed to be repainted. We also wanted it done before we were moving in, which is coming up on the 19th of Dec. We contacted Jeanette and she came out and gave us an estimate, which was in line with 2 others we contacted. She said she would start on the 12th when the hardwood finishers got done, which was on 12th. Our hardwood guy, which I also found on Angie's List (Steve Nacarri) was great and finished a day early. Jeanette shifted things around and had her team show up on the 11th. She said she'd be done by the 17th, but I just found out they are finishing up today, the 14th. She said she got some extra guys on the job, knowing we had a tight timeline. She is AWESOME!!! I can't give her enough praise. Everything is beautiful.

This engagement with B&B Brushstrokes was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor of any type and most certainly more professional and polite than any painting contractor we have had over 20 years. The individuals performing the interior painting work were, as noted in the survey form, on time, skilled and considerate of our home and careful with our possessions. They executed their work and cleaned before leaving for the day. Any painting done in our homes in the future will most likely be done by Brushstrokes, this is a good as it gets.

Jeanette sent me the estimate within two days of seeing the job. Their price was very competitive. The work took about 2 1/2 days. She arrived on time everyday. The old wall paper has been on for 30 years and was very hard to remove. She did an excellent job of removing the paper without cutting the wall board. They cleaned up very well at the end of every day and at the end of the job. Jeanette helped with the paint color selection and purchased the paint we specified. My wife and I are very happy with the job they did. I will have B & B back the next time I need interior painting.

Jeanette and crew were excellent, on time, clean, neat, presice, fast and thorough. Professional, I would highly recommend B&B for all painting projects. I will be calling them again next year when I paint the downstairs.

Jeanette and her team did a great job. Polite, on time and great quality work! In addition, when one of the paint colors we chose was so light it looked white Jeanette checked in with the paint supplier to make sure a mistake hadn't been made and then helped us quickly pick a replacement color.

They were just fabulous. They were very professional and came out quickly. They gave me the estimate on the spot. With in a week they were there painting. They said it would take two days and it did. I think they went beyond the call of duty. They were very very nice. They did a beautiful job. It was for my mom and she couldn't be happier. I did all of the leg work for her. If I needed a painter for my house I will call them.

There was a minor imperfection in the painting of one of the ceilings. Jeanette responded immediately and corrected the problem herself graciously and professionally, and, of course, without charge.

Jeannette and her staff did a fabulous job painting my mother's condo which consisted of a kitchen, living room, dining room, hallway and bedroom. It only took 2 days and they were extremely neat and the workmanship was excellent. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them. I thought the price they charged was very reasonable.

Jeannette arranged a date to start and told me it would take 2-3 days. I met her at the house on that day- she had all the paint and supplies, and she finished a half a day early. I had been very concerned and mentioned that all the floors, molding and doors were natural refinished wood (parque floors) , and she guaranteed there would be "not a spec" of paint on any of the wood surfaces, and showed me how she would use plastic coverings , along with drop clothes to insure that and stuck to her word- there was NO paint on any of the wood surfaces. - She cleaned up, and I returned to a beautiful clean painted home. Very professional , very easy to work with - great personality that made me feel secure about the job they would be doing. I would recommend and use her services again.

Jeannette is very nice and professional, but I was very disappointed in the quality of her crew's work. After veiwing all the glowing reports on Angies list, I thought I could leave the key with her and not be present while the painters were there. Big mistake. I think I got her B team. Jeanette was not on site and the work crew of Michael and Vince (?) were sloppy. They got paint specs on my furniture, on my wood floors, on my new bathroom tiles, fixtures and slate floor, wall switches, door handles, hinges, banister...missed spots in the prep work and in painting...the ceiling they fixed with putty split. I presented a list to Jeannette who went over everything personally and made it all right,

I was so pleasantly surprised as good painters are difficult to find. Would absolutely use B&B Brushstrokes again - in fact, I've already put in a request for more work. Amazing work ethic and extremely accommodating. I am a very particular customer and they passed all my tests!

She really did an excellant job in the time that she estimated, two days. I would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to anyone who needed painting work. She covered all of our furinture and floors and cleaned up after she was done. Also, moved back the furniture. Joe & Marie

She really did do a great job. She did an awesome job and she came out on time. I would give her very high marks. The job she did was pretty good. She did a great job. I don’t remember how much I spent on her services but I thought it was very reasonable. I did some shopping and her price was reasonable. It was a very fair price. She called right away and also came out right away for the estimate. She did the work on the day she said that she was going to do it. It was absolutely perfect. I will absolutely use her services again in the future.

The work was performed quickly and cheerfully and I would use Jeanette for future painting projects.

They went the extra mile, above and beyond what I was expecting. I really appreciate that. More business to come from us in the future. Overall, the experience was good. The technicians were on time, generally consistent with estimates, and were polite. They did a good job cleaning-up. Their price was reasonable and in line. We’re still occasionally finding little things that they missed, but it’s a big home and they did the entire home. They generally did a good job, we’d give them a B+ if we could. I would recommend them.

I was pleased with the work. The price came in quite a bit lower than another service provider. She accomplished the work, and I'm very happy. She completed the job in a good amount of time and she was very efficient. She communicated well. I saved $400 over the other painter. She took all her equipment and trash and took it home with her. She didn't use my facilities to clean the brushes, etc. She vacuumed afterwards as well from any dust due to the spackling.

She was excellent. I loved them. I think her name is Jeanette. She took extra time with helping me select paint colors and she was very personable, very nice and very friendly. The work was very good. She and her partner were very good. She was there and was hands-on. She was the nicest person. They only do painting.

Having her come out to paint in September to complate painting once furniture is moved.

Jeanette was wonderful, start to finish. Her estimates were exactly what we were hoping to spend, she and her helpers arrived on time, were neat and courteous, and the job was finished in the time that she had estimated. Jeanette took care that our dog, the escape artist, was safe and sound. The painting was done beautifully and we are very, very happy with the results. Jeanette helped me pick some of the colors, she has a wonderful sense of color. I'm glad I listened to her advice. I am planning to have more painting done late this year, and will hire her again.

Jeanette Bucci, the Owner and Chief Painter of B&B Brushstrokes, came to our home and made excellent suggestions on the colors for each room and area and outlined a schedule for completing the painting.. Within three days we received and accepted a most reasonable estimate for the work to be done. Jeanette and her painters started on a Monday and completed the painting five days later. Work started promptly at 8:30 a.m. each morning and ended by 4:00 or 4:30 each day. The overall result exceeded our expectations: Jeanette's choice of colors were perfect and the painting was done in a professional manner and with attention to all details. Our only regret is that we decided to have two rooms not painted...the two unpainted rooms now look worn and shabby by comparison. I expect we will see Jeanette and her painters again in the near future.
