It went great! Actually, a true testament to this Co. is the value was for two painters for four hours (8 hours of work). Because, after seeing what i needed and determining it would only take about 4 hours, Jeanette, the owner said that when i get to my new place, she would honor the four hours unused to help my new home become more my own! This is such a kind personal touch that i so much appreciated and really shows they care about fairness and making sure they are providing exactly what they said. I would refer them to family and friends and look forward to finding a new home so i can use them again!!

This is the third time we've used B & B Brushstrokes and, as before, the paint job is beautiful. Dom did the work alone this time, and he was very fast and thorough.

The service went great. 1-2 painters came out and completed the job in a total of 3 days. They were very courteous and punctual. They were great at cleaning up after the job and did a quality paint job. I would certainly use them again and had no problems scheduling the service. Everything went perfectly.

I ended up going with another company because their pricing was twice as much as another company I looked into. The technician who came out was not very professional. I had no problem scheduling the estimate and did they called to follow up after coming out.

The service went great. Four painters came out and completed the job in about 1 week. They were very personable and friendly. They were also neat and respectful of my home. They left no mess after the job and they were very easy to work with. I had no problem scheduling the service and their pricing was competitive.

Jeanette and her helpers were very professional, courteous and responsive. They showed up on time, worked diligently, and did a quality work in our house. For the kitchen cabinets, my wife showed Jeanette the pictures of the color she wanted and Jeanette recommended the glaze finish. It was a 3-day job. During the second day, my wife asked Jeanette to glaze a few cabinet doors as samples before leaving for the day so we could take a look after work to get a better sense of how it would look. After we saw the sample areas, we didn't feel that it was the style we particularly liked. We emailed Jeanette with our feedback. She quickly called us back in the evening to discuss the alternatives. We decided to paint it over with a different color. Since we needed time to experiment with different colors, we asked her if she could give us more time before coming back to finish the work. She pleasantly accommodated our request without any problem. Later we had to change the schedule again due to some other work done in the kitchen that would have been in conflict with Jeanette's work. She accommodated us again without any problem. We liked the work Jeanette has done for us, and more importantly, the way she treated her customers. We felt she truly wanted to do all she could do to make customers happy.

They began on time and finished the job quickly and neatly. I love the transformation! They left the place spotless, and the final bill was actually a little less than the original estimate. How nice to have a pleasant surprise! I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my best friend.

We were in the process of selling our very personalized home. Jeanette and her team gave us a quote for the foyer, and then later for the rest of the house. They were great, and unlike some other companies, Jeanette did a lot of work herself. She made a suggestion for the foyer color which turned out great. Soon after we painted the whole house, we received multiple offers. I couldn't recommend B&B highly enough. I only wish her company would work where we are going to move.

terrific! we were extremely pleased with the crew: Jeanette and a few of her assistants. They could nott have been nicer people and we felt very safe allowing them in our home when we were not there. End results were excellent. They came back for a few small areas that needed touch up, no problem. Also important note: the work was done in February and the weather was very bad...lots of snow and ice and we have a very long, steep driveway. On some days they parked on the street and braved the long icy walk up the driveway to get the job done within the timeframe we agreed upon. Would recommend Jeanette Bucci and B&B Brushstrokes to anyone looking for high quality, reputable and trustworthy painting services.

Jeanette was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote and very prompt in providing her quote. The quote was detailed and easy to follow. On the day that work was to begin and during each of the days of the project Jeanette and her crew arrived at the time agreed and went right to work. Each day they protected all areas not to be painted and at the end of the day cleaned up. She quoted 3-4 days and finished in 3 The quality of the work is very good

Jennifer and her team, were excellent. Extremely professional, friendly and courteous. The work that was performed was beautiful and I was extremely happy, with the finished product. I intend to use them anytime I have any other painting project. Their pricing was also great.

Jeanette was very responsive to my inquiry, she came for an estimate and helped out with some colors choices. She was promt with the estimate and when deciding to choose her, she was able to work within our budget. Communication was outstanding. Her and her team were able to complete the job in the amount of time she promised (actually a half a day sooner), they cleaned up everything nicely and we were very pleased with the work. I am a bit of a perfectionist and have high standards for workmanship...but Jeanette and her team did a fantastic job, especially in some very high, hard to reach places. I would highly recommend...you won't be disappointed.

It went very well. They have a reasonable price. They are nice to work with. They got back to us right away. They were able to schedule us very quick and the quality of the work is good.

Jeanette was very responsive from the first query and willing to accommodate our very specific dates. The crew did a fantastic job, left the place very clean and finished head of time. They were also very polite and great with responding via email. The quote from Jeanette was 1/3rd of what we had received from another source with no compromise on quality. I cannot recommend this business enough- if you need a house painter Jeanette should be your first and last call!

Jeanette was the first painter I contacted to get back to me with an estimate, and that was a good sign! Her price was also slightly less than the 2 other painters who finally provided estimates. She and her 2-man crew were able to start a day sooner than she had expected, and they finished a day earlier than she had projected. This was very helpful to me. They did a wonderful job -- the rooms look really beautiful.

Working with Jeanette was a delight. She was punctual, accommodating, and offered good advice on paint selection. After having difficulty removing wallpaper from wallboard in the past, I was very pleased to have Jeanette and her team remove the paper, sand and smooth the walls, and paint. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work required. Jeanette returned to check on the final results, touched up some areas and painted the ceiling around a new light fixture. I would highly recommend Jeanette and would definitely use her services in the future.

They showed up promptly as scheduled, brought all the supplies as agreed, were quick, neat and did a great job! All done in half a day as promised and I was very pleased.

She was excellent and clean. The people that she hired are very friendly, very clean, they clean up after themselves, very professional, finished the stuff that they were doing and they were pretty fast. She did a bathroom too for that price. I will be using her again, we're hiring her to do a job next week.

Left message with company, and had message returned quickly by Jeannette, one of owners. We scheduled visit for estimate within a few days. Jeannette looked at every surface we wanted painted, from ceilings down to floor trim. I already had my colors picked out, so that saved time. We also talked to 2 other contractors and made certain we gave each the same requirements. We choose B&B Brushstrokes partly because of price, and partly because of attitude, her's is great, and partly because Jeannette seemed a good match. She and her crew started on a holiday. All the crew started at 7:00 AM each day, and we were comfortable enough with her to give a key. The painters were friendly, polite, efficient, and professional. At end of job, which was 1 day less than expected, house was clean and neat. Crew size varied from 2-3 workers, including Jeannette. This is a large house, Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Foyer, 2 flights of stairs, 2 Bedrooms, a large Master Bedroom, a Loft, 2 full Bathrooms, a Powder Room, and unfinished steps down to a basement. I also needed some trim to be sanded, typical smoothing out of nail holes, and patching and smoothing of window treatment hanger-holes. I will definitely recommend B&B Brushstrokes to anyone.

They are absolutely excellent. The owner replied really quickly after I called them and left a message. She called me right back. When they said they were going to be here at 8:30, they were here. They were very prompt and very good. They worked the entire time and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a beautiful job. In fact I'm going to have them come back for a couple more rooms.

I had a very good experience using B & B Brushstrokes. They showed up on time and were very professional. 3 of them showed up on the first day and it took them only 1.5 days to paint everything even though they quoted me 3 days. They came back on the 3rd day to touch up a few spots, which they had no issues doing. The only issue that I had was that it took them by the 2nd day to realize that they needed to switch to a thicker roller because the walls were sucking the paint right up because my home still had the contractors' grade paint. So I went through and marked the spots that I saw and when they came back the next day, they went through and touched up those locations. The colors and the house look great. Our house definitely looks more like a home than a house (we couldn't take the white walls much longer). They are very affordable and at the end of the job, they gave me the receipts for the paint that they used, which was very nice to see! I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Jeanette is a very nice person. We had scheduled painting to be done in May and I got sick and had to cancel, and wasn't sure when I would be feeling better. Jeanette was very understanding and caring. Finally, when I was feeling better in June, she and her crew came and painted the whole first floor, the stairs and the landing in just over 3 days. They were very neat and left no mess. She brought paint selections before coming and helped me pick all the colors. The house looks great and we were very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I liked that when they gave me the quote they broke it down room by room. They came on time, but the quality of work could be improved.
