Description of Work: Scraped, sanded and painted my porch.

Description of Work: We used Advanced Painting for exterior staining of a very old house (which also included painting of a porch and all window trim). Peter was absolutely fantastic to work with. We requested three estimates from three different vendors, and Peter was the best price with the best reviews and the most responsive. He worked with our schedule. He was prompt and open about the process and expectations. If we had feedback, we gave him feedback and he made adjustments accordingly, immediately. The crew was great--their expertise was helpful. We were originally going to go with a semi-transparent stain for our cedar house and they took the time to explain to us what the outcome would be if we did (our cedar is around 30 years old). Because it had been so long since our house was stained, there were a lot of imperfections and a solid stain was the best path given the age of the cedar. We are glad they helped us and couldn't be more pleased with the result. House looks great!

Description of Work: We had a family room, staircase, and upstairs hallway painted -- ceiling, walls, trim. We also had a bathroom ceiling scraped, repaired and painted (job was don poorly by a previous contractor). Jimmy was prompt, hardworking, and did a terrific job; Peter was very responsive and professional with any questions that arose.

Description of Work: We had 3 small water spots in our kitchen nook ceiling from a bathroom leak. The hope was the paint would blend otherwise our kitchen, nook, family room and foyer ceiling would have to be repainted since there was no cut off point. Fortunately they did a super job therefore saving us hundreds of dollars. We also had them repair a spot in the master bath from a vent leak that was not part of the original estimate. That too blended perfectly, The crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. I did call other companies on Angies List to get several quotes and was told by a few companies that they do not take jobs unders $600. Very nice that Advanced Painting services all needs.
