Couldn't have been better.

I had an emergency cleaning need and called in a panic. I was treated with great respect, calm and efficient problem-solving (the owner finally came out herself to accommodate). When she arrived she got right to work and made everything shine. I hadn't had a cleaning service in a LONG time, so it was not easy to get things to the point she did. She was pleasant, hard-working and time-conscience - what else does one need? I am having the team out again this week...I could get used to this!

Rachel came and spent a long time with us reviewing what our needs were and what had not been done to our liking by our previous housecleaner. She told us what we could expect to have done at every cleaning and we arranged for items that would need occasional more thorough work (baseboards, windows, etc.). We provide the cleaning supplies and vacuums but she gave us suggestions for those that seem to work best for our surfaces. For our first cleaning both she and Renee were present and did a very thorough job. On subsequent visits when I have made requests for more thorough coverage of certain areas (i.e. countertops), they have been very responsive.

I had not hired a cleaning service for over 30 years, always believing they would not do as good a job as I do. When I became ill just before hosting a large Christening party, I was desperate for help, and I called four cleaning companies. Only Our Home responded, so they got the job. They used my cleaning supplies and equipment, which pleased me greatly as I have a Rainbow vacuum cleaner and use supplies that I know I am not allergic to. They arrived on time, did an incredibly great job, surpassing what I would have done myself! They were so good at cleaning the public areas of the house that I asked if they could return to do the upstairs as well, and, although they were busy, they arranged a second visit for me. Their prices are very reasonable, and their attitude and demeanor are 100% professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them myself whenever I can afford to "outsource" my cleaning chores.

There are some suggestions we'll pass along to her for the next time, but, overall, she did a nice job. As with any cleaning service, it's difficult to get a true read based on only one cleaning. We'll see how they measure up over the course of a couple months. After meeting one of the owners, we felt comfortable with their model for servicing clients. We liked that they had a stable of staff versus just being a one-person operation. Many of those employees had been with the company for several years. That stability and loyalty said a lot.

They assign one woman for a job. They are really good and their price is great. They provide really superior service. They are quiet and do what is asked of them. They are not one of those cleaning services who come in for an hour and do a hasty job. This woman works for four hours and does a very thorough job.

They do a great job. They have always been reliable. The quality of their work is great. They're responsive.

We have had them for about six months they are very good. I have had no problems with them. They are on time. They are prompt. They do what we ask them to do.

After years of housekeepers, this is the best job I have ever seen.

They were very responsive and professional, but they quoted us $200 per cleaning for a bi-weekly cleaning service of our house (roughly 3300 sq ft including the finished basement). We have had services in the past from $95 to $150 for the same service. But, you sort of get what you pay for (not always, but usually). Right now, we're happy with someone who is charging $160, so $200 still seems a little pricey. But, otherwise, we would have been happy to hire them.

Our cleaning person quit to get a 9-5 job, which left us trying to find someone to replace her. I called Our Home Cleaning Service, left a message on the machine and was called back within 2 days, since then it has been within the day. They came to the house - 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, great room, kitchen, computer room - we went over the condition of each room and then they put it as succinctly as possible - you live in a home not a museum and yes, we can clean it. They called to set an appointment for the next week and the person who came the first time, and did the once over, came with the person who was to be assigned to clean our house. I like their style of identifying the difficult areas, the key areas (bathrooms and kitchens) and everything else after that. I let them do what they had planned this time, but they are open to suggestions so what's important to you gets done. They did a great job and I'm looking forward to working with them.

The workers were very considerate and professional. They arrived and showed up on time. The house looked magnificent and the price was right, too.
