Left a voice message and JP called me back to inform me that he did not place fences, and had no idea why that appeared as a searchable item on the List. Appreciated the response and will keep JP as an option for future work.

 + 1 moreThe charge for the handyman was $80 and the main cost for the door was the actual door itself. The service has always been great. He is meticulous and very neat while he is working. He does first class work. He have used him for years.
Description of Work: We used JP Mooney Renovations to install a new front door and do a couple of minor repair jobs. He cut a couple of doors down because we had a new rug installed and they were too high.

 + -1 moreHe is very reliable. He can do just about anything. He was clean, neat, responsive and cost efficient. He is always very reasonable on price. We have recommended him to lots of people.
Description of Work: We used Jim Mooney within the last two months to fix a leak in a shower. Our plumber couldn't find it and he did. He caulked it and had to do a lot of repair work to the walls underneath it in our entryway.

 + 2 moreJim is thorough and does a 100% professional job. He does neat, clean work. He will not tackle jobs he can't handle (e.g., painting). He will not start a job until he is sure he has the time to complete it.
Description of Work: Jim has performed many services for us over the years. These include installing a ceiling fan, a stockade fence, an external door, etc.
