She was very pleasant to work with and was eager to ease any qualms that I had, always explaining what she was doing and why. She was great about showing me easier ways of performing tasks and making sure that I felt comfortable with the new system before she left.

Description of Work: Received your notice about this company. Needed my computer cleaned up so I signed up. However, the company said they don't do business in my area. Would be a good idea if in your listings, that you also list the neighborhoods they either do work in or don't so I could save myself a lot of problems. I will never use this company in the future. Very poor communication skills.

Description of Work: Ms Christiansen helped me with some Windows 8 issues. I was very happy with our session together--and will call her again whenever I have another problem.

Description of Work: Setup Verizon wireless DSL gateway router/modem on my home computer. Insured proper security setup and internet connectivity for all devices on the network. Linda arrived early, is very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice and had the new network up and running in no time. I highly recommend her service.

Description of Work: Assessed problems with a laptop computer that would not boot up. Determined that the cost of repair would exceed the value of the unit, so nothing was done. Also helped with a Wi-Fi problem with a tablet and did get that running.

Description of Work: My computer was a mess. I don't understand the technical stuff but it was running really slow and it had a lot of issues. She helped us with the viruses because the kids were using certain things. She debugged it, cleaned it up and set up the security. She also set up our new computer when we brought it in.

Description of Work: I bought a dell a long time ago and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I couldn't fix it myself so I contact dell. After speaking with people on the phone and not getting anywhere, I finally wrote a letter to the chief executive officer of Dell in Texas and hold him how lousy it was. I then got a call from his executive assistant and she told me someone would be out to fix it the next day. The technician spent 3 hours on the computer. I told him that it needed a new chip and he finally put the chip in; it still didn't work. I then knew of Linda from the past so I contacted her. She came over and fixed it in 15 minutes. She got it done after it had been inspected by others and even a contracted employee with dell. I have been using her for years since and she is great.
