Remarkeably low class and frankly lacking In honor and credibility.

I had an appointment and sat in a room waiting for a veterinarian. After 45 minutes, I left and will not be back!

The appointment and treatment went well.

Always excellent and will always squeeze you in with an emergency.

We were seen on time, front desk service was friendly and efficient, staff was knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer my questions. My dog was made to feel very comfortable with the "strangers" tending to him! Note: I estimated fees and date of service.

It was good. They are very friendly, clean, helpful, and they got back with me quickly.

Dr. Berlin told us when it was time to put our dog to rest, she would let us know. In January of 2014, our dog took a drastic turn causing us to take her into the office that day. Dr. Berlin told us that it was time to put her to rest. Me and the kids were very upset even though we knew this day was coming. Dr. Berlin and the staff at Good Hope were absolutely wonderful to us - gave us quiet time with our beloved dog Belle so that we could say good-bye to her. She explained everything to us every step of the way. I laid with Belle and held her paw when she took her last breath. Everyone was so wonderful to us. Several days later, they gave us a mold of Belle's paw print which of course we still have. I can't speak highly enough about the staff at this hospital. We have another dog now and continue to go there. They are also very wonderful with her. We have been to other vets in the area and find that at times, the costs for tests are much lower than other veterinarians. Other areas they are higher, but overall, I believe generally veterinarian care is expensive regardless of where you go. I don't feel that their prices are ridiculously out of line.

Vet was open on a Sunday and didn't charge a surcharge for weekend hours. Very polite and professional.. made us feel very welcome. Pricing was substantially cheaper than our previous vet. These guys have our business indefinitely.

To my family and I, having us scramble to find assistance elsewhere during an emergency is unacceptable. What is the point of having a good vet if they are not accessible when you really need them? I have used vets in other areas before that have doctors on call in case of emergencies, including after hours but we were simply told there is only one doctor working on Sundays and that we would have to go somewhere else.

Very well. The vet tec took my puppy back, weighed her and gave her vaccinations and brought her back in a matter of 10 minutes.

They were very professional and really seemed to care about the pets they interact with. They were very knowledgeable about pocket pets.

They are caring and very thorough. They work on an appointment basis unless you have an emergency. I do think their prices are a little high.

They did an excellent job, they called me the following day to make sure everything was okay with my cat and I would recommend them.

My 13 year old whippet, Tyler, was loosing weight and acting out. It turns out that he has high blood pressure and had developed separation anxiety. He is not on "puppy prozac" and high blood pressure medicine. The vet and staff were very accommodating.

They were very friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable and informed. Overall, I had a good experience. We will continue to go back to them.

It was time for all his shots, and like a physical and he had blood work done. I think their price is reasonable. People don't want to spend money on their pets, but it is just like people doctors. All that stuff is a lot of money. You are paying for a building, and all the workers and all the stuff. I think it is reasonable. I think they are very good. We like Dr. Berlin and we try to get her all the time. She is very good with our dog. They seem very concerned and we are very happy there.

Making an appointment was quite easy and we were able to schedule an appointment by phone for the evening after work. The waiting area is brightly lit and large. Plenty of room to sit and wait with your pet. We were escorted to the weight scale and then to our exam room within a few minutes of our appointment time. The exam rooms are small but serviceable. Everything is clean and organized. A vet technician asked a few questions and said the doctor would be in in a few minutes. Dr. Hauser arrived in a few minutes, greeted us, asked a few questions, and then examined out dog. Our dog was taken back to the lab for some blood testing and shots. Good Hope Animal Hospital has a full lab and can do most blood work examinations within minutes while you wait. Eventually, my dog was returned to me, we were informed of the results, given our prescriptions and left to checkout. Checkout and payment went smoothly. Everyone working at the hospital are always pleasant. Just another great visit with the best vets in the area!

Dr. Heidecker and his staff are wonderful. Having four German Shorthaired Pointers we try to keep up with their shots and preventative medicine. It's nice to have found a veterinarian who's staff and doctors recognize that our GSPs are part of our family and are sympathetic to our sentiment regarding our dogs. The technicians treat the animals with care and respect. We never feel rushed during our appointments. Our recent visit was for our 3 year old GSP. Wally is a very anxious dog and displays nervous behavior (shaking, crying, cowering) when going places. When we arrive his attitude changes immediately. He settles down and his tail starts wagging as soon we go in. We take advantage of each visit by gathering information about the latest in treatments to better our dogs health. I am a little skeptical when it comes to buying treatments over the internet or at bargain warehouse stores. Good Hope always brings me up to date on the latest treatments and provides me with the assurance that we are getting only the best products available. This was an extremely bad year for fleas and ticks, we had our latest dog receive the lyme vaccination and started him and the others on a worming medicine. I love the fact that since their office keeps accurate records and we take our pups for regular visits, they are able to provide us with refills without having to make appointments. Our 3 year old got a clean bill of health this last visit, and we look forward taking the next one in soon. Having recently joined Angie's List I haven't had the opportunity to share previous experiences at Good Hope. We started bringing our dogs to Good hope over 7 years ago. We really couldn't fathom taking them anywhere else.

Operation went very well, they kept him overnight, releasing him with strict care instructions at home. Plus, follow-up appointments.

see above. Please I have no idea when the hospital was built so I put 2012 snce the site insists I put in a year.

They do a good job with the animals. I’m very pleased with their services. They are very professional.

They are wonderful. We have used them for three surgeries and they have been available all of the time. We chose them because of their quality of service.

think I put this in the first paragraph. I could add that the checking out has been particularly slow over the years... the problem isn't so much my time but that my dog is waiting and he is not the best with other creatures... so there can be chaos while waiting.

Expensive but excellent vets, techs and staff!
