A few little bumps in the process but they were taken care of immediately. They really did a good job... The cost reflected that the house had not been cleaned in a year and some carpeting need cleaned.

Elaine came to see the apartment and, provided a quote. We hired her and the team to come for a deep clean and, they did a fantastic job. We have cement floors and exposed brick and dust builds up quickly. We could tell that the cleaning work was thorough and thoughtful. We were happy with the deep clean and asked the team to come back every two weeks for regular cleanings.

Ryan from Elaine’s came on time and took my laundry to the laundromat and when finished brought it back clean and folded. Ryan was very professional.

Elaine is very responsive, very professional and very service oriented and always checks to make sure my home is cleaned to my satisfaction. She always asks if there is anything that I would like to have done differently. I have been exceptionally happy and would be happy to provide a reference if anyone has any questions.

The ladies were professional and polite and friendly. One cleaned better than the other but the overall job was excellent.

Great, we had not been using the house for awhile and it was really in need of a good cleaning.

"So the cobwebs are gone from the ceiling and the dust etc on the upstairs windows has disappeared, I can never take another shower or bath. Shower stall looks like it is brand new! The house smells really nice too! Wonder how long we can avoid any messes, haha. Can’t cook either….stove is nice and shiny."

The team did a great job; Elaine stopped by to look at the house and estimate the work needed. 2 ladies worked hard for about 90 minutes to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. Looked great!

We hired them to do a whole house deep cleaning. 3 workers arrived, and the job took approximately 5 hours. The actual cleaning work was done well and it made a big improvement to our house. However, after they left, I noticed some major issues. A large number of our items were missing. I assumed some things had to be moved so they could be cleaned around, but I could not find them anywhere. Finally, I had to open up two of the three trash bags they filled up while cleaning. In these two bags, I found almost everything I was looking for. This was not a case of small items being vacuumed up, of us trying to hold on to items of questionable status, or of a group of items initially put aside mistakenly ending up in a trash bag instead of where they belong. No, items that were obviously not garbage from almost every room in our house were thrown in the trash. Examples of such items include: a doll, toy jewelry, markers, crayons, pencils, children's art projects and photos, bottles of soap and shampoo, clothing, a street hockey ball, a cat scratch box, the dust jacket of a book, and a door hanger. I spent about 2 hours going through trash trying to sort out items that were not trash, cleaning the ones I could save, and throwing out what was ruined. Almost everything paper or fabric was ruined. I made a phone call to discuss this issue and got a bland apology. I tried to follow up with the full list I made of items that were thrown away, along with pictures, and have been ignored. This is an enormous and shocking mistake. It happened throughout the cleaning process, it was not one screw-up. It took a lot of time doing gross stuff to try and fix and some things couldn't be saved. This is such a serious breach of trust that I cannot do business with this company again because I cannot trust that my home and belongings will be safe after they are done.

Elaine's team is fantastic. Best cleaners ever! They are super efficient, detail oriented and extremely thorough. The price is unbeatable. I hired them with a deal I purchased from Angie's list at first, then hired them again for my move out cleaning before we sold our house. Again, amazing job! I have recommended her to all my friends in Pittsburgh. They are the best.

Elaine and her crew are fantastic! So far they have done a deep clean and now the first bi-monthly clean and it has been wonderful both times. I would highly recommend her; they do a fantastic job. She is very professional and responds quickly to questions or issues.

I am very pleased with Elaine and her crew. They are prompt and efficient. My house has never been cleaner. They use the best products and the house sparkled and smelled delightful when they were finished. They are careful and do a remarkably thorough job. They are very polite, trustworthy and making arrangements with them is very easy.

I contacted her a week and a half before Christmas and she came over that evening to bid the work. Her team came on Wednesday, Dec. 20, less than a week later. The team of 3 was here for about 3 1/2 hours and did a very comprehensive and professional job. They cleaned the floors, dusted all surfaces (we did minimal advance preparation, and they were very careful to move and replace items). They also cleaned the kitchen and 3 full baths.

Elaine and her team did an amazing job. We initially had purchased a one-time deal for 8 hours of cleaning, but they did such a good job we have them coming back every other week. We've been very happy with their work.

Elaine is great, reliable, punctual and always comes through even when I give her little notice. She performs the job without complaint and has been a dream to work with. I highly recommend her!!

Elaine is wonderful and her team was fantastic. I needed a deep clean for a huge portion of my home. The team arrived exactly when expected, they worked diligently and quietly (I work out of my home so was taking conference calls while the team was here). Everything looked wonderful and my house sparkled!

Exceptional! About two weeks ago Elaine came over to assess the work needed. Today was the first time the crew came to work and they worked hard. 3 people, 5 hours, no little task. They did Windows, blinds, fans, floors, cupboards - fridge - stove inside and out... you name it!! Responsive, friendly, great open communication. Schedule had to change by a couple of hours and Elaine let me know along the way. It worked perfectly. Exactly what you should've expect from real cleaning :). We have agreed for them to come every two weeks for keep up. I don't believe they will disappoint.

Very well. This is the first cleaning company I have used that actually showed up on time. Went above and beyond my expectations. They also cleaned a picture window that I was not expecting them to do.

I purchased the $250 deal for 8 hours of cleaning. Three women came over and were here for just under three hours. They truly went above and beyond, my house looks amazing! They were here on time, were really nice to my kids and dog, and were extremely efficient. This price is fair for the amount of work they did, I can honestly not find a single thing to criticize. I would definitely hire Elaine again, she was fantastic.
